Have a wonderful stay at this cosy 2 bed flat with amazing views and a balcony right on the water and just a stones throw from Queen Square. The flat is only a 10-15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away, Redcliff Way, which comes straight from Bristol Airport. It is so central that places like the Fleece, Bristol Aquarium, Whapping Wharf, Kings street, Mshed, Bristol Old Vic Theatre and Millenium Square are all just about 5-15 mins away on foot.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
