Lovely apartment in great area, let down by the communal areas.

The apartment was very clean and had everything in it that you could want. The location was perfect. Access instructions were clear and efficient.

The stairwell up to the property was quite dirty with stained carpet and an apple core for the first 24 hours. There were also bags of laundry in the communal areas which you had to step over. The bed was too soft for us.

Good facilities in the apartment, location was central and easy to find / access.

Bogies wiped on the bedroom wall on our arrival. Right next to a student accommodation which was noisy until the early hours. I appreciate this isn't at the fault of the apartment owner but - intoxicated people trying to tailgate into the apartment foyer. I felt the process beforehand was lengthy, I booked on booking.com for it to be an easy process but there was then a lot of online 'check-in' admin external to booking.com.

Someone has left the radiator in the kitchen on at 28 degrees so the kitchen and hallway were absolutely boiling and it was very uncomfortable at first.

Spotlessly clean apartment with fantastic communication from the host, the immediate area needs a facelift.

Spotlessly clean kitchen, very easy check-in and responsive staff. Really helpful.

There was graffiti on the wall of our property, and a mattress and rubbish fly-tipped on the street a couple of feet from our front door. A sex worker was soliciting for business during the day on our second day, and there were three guys hanging around the front door in the night time. We didn’t feel unsafe but this didn’t feel great, given the apartment is ground floor. There was so much litter around, particularly on the steps on the student halls side of the property. The issues above are not the fault of the property managers, but the overall feeling of the area outside was sketchy and salubrious. The graffiti on our apartment really needs to be cleaned off as it is a really bad impression for guests.

I expected quality, there was none.

The only good thing was the comfortable bed.

The lock on the communal front door did not work so no security. The communal areas were filthy and badly maintained. The area was very noisy at night. 9 apartments with people coming and going at all hours. The apartment itself was cheaply furnished. The walls were dirty in bedroom 2. The door to the apartment didn’t fit and rattled every time someone entered the building. Many of the light bulbs didn’t work. The paintwork in bedroom and bathroom was badly maintained.

Perfect for a city break

Very central, apartment was exceptionally clean and seemed newly refurbished. We were literally only there a few hours, parked at Gardiner Haskins car park which worked perfectly.

It was quite noisy but we were right in the centre of Bristol so to be expected.

Property was good. Customer service is bad.

Everything about the property was good and the stay was fine. The problem comes from their security deposit being made by bank transfer and not a credit card. I am still waiting for my money to be returned and they are being very vague with their replies.

The current customer service is vague and the fact that they use bank transfer for a security deposit leaves very little protection as a customer. I am still chasing them to return my security deposit and they are not filling me with confidence on when it will be returned.

Large, spacious apartmemt. Modern and Clean. Strong WiFi. Netflix and Prime and many more channels. Comfortable bed. Nice little bag of sweets left for us. We loved our stay. Thank you

Awful customer experience.

Postcode did not take you to property. Arrived late after train cancellation could not get home, booked last thing walking down street. Booking.com would not authorize it at the time, finally authorized it but by the time it went through we had been in rain 30 mins with our autistic daughter, who was highly distressed and our phones were flat. Had to book another hotel, called booking.com and apartment after got to hotel and charged phones to explain… neither would refund…such generous Christmas spirit!

Very good

The apartment had trendy, modern styling and was a very generous size. The no-contact-with-staff check-in went very smoothly.

It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware that some of the apartments are up two flights of stairs so won't be accessible to everybody. They kindly provided fans to help with the hot weather, but they were so dusty that I needed to give them a thorough clean before using one.

Great enormous 3 bedroom property. Was ample big enough for 8 with the sofa bed in the living room. really close to the centre. Really clean and well enough equipped.

Note, there’s no parking at the property, there is time to unload. Theres a 24hr car park round the corner (£20 for 24hrs) but we found free parking unrestricted over the weekend (only) very close the apartment.

Stylish oasis covenient for the city.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. We used the Gardiner Haskin carpark, it was £18 for over 12 hours which seemed normal for city parking. Cabot circus was just round the corner as well.

I had a bit of trouble with the online check in as my id wouldn't load but the management company were helpful and patient and quick to respond

I was accused of stealing two pillows by the cleaning team. ridiculous accusation and still awaiting an apology and outcome from either an cleaner with dyscalculia an internal investigation of theft
