we liked that the location was great! it was an easy walk to the train station or other popular attractions, about 30 min. the staff were very nice and, overall, we liked staying here. the continental was fine, the same foods for the whole weekend.
The pool was on the rooftop and closed for renovations, which happens. there were several small, maybe beard, hairs on our sheets the first night which were a little strange— otherwise the room was clean. Might have been the time of year (right after Christmas), but it was very crowded and there were long waits for the elevator. we met an elderly couple that waited 30 min for an elevator down during peak times (breakfasts and checkout)! the longest we waited was 15 minutes and we ended up taking the stairs down, but just be aware there are 40 floors and elevators can take some time. early morning was much easier to get a table for breakfast and elevator. the continental had a long line for waffles but no line for anything else. the other couple in our group asked for more towels (there were only 2 bath towels and small wash cloths/hand towels at arrival). it sounded like the lady said they would be charged for more towels, regardless they never came.

I was having surgery on October 23, 2025. They lady told me I had to order online at Hampton Inn because she couldn't do it over the phone. I explained that the hospital said there was a discount at Hampton Inn. She said I still had to book and when I arrived I would get the discount. When I arrived, the manager said that was not true. And to call a number she gave to me. I never paid for a hotel room with no microwave that we had to go from 28fl to lobby to heat up our food. I expected better from Hampton Inn
All explained above the mattress was total hard and uncomfortable

I paid extra for the rooms to be corner rooms with king size beds but only received one room with those amenities. I was told they ran out of rooms and didn’t I won’t be refunded for the difference. I also prepaid for parking for each room, I only drove one car and was told I could not receive a refund for the parking either. The gentleman working the front desk was not friendly or bothered with any of my concerns.

Great location. Central to everything and next to Walgreens. Comfortable enough beds. Small fridge. No tea or teapot. Tiny coffee maker.
Pool was closed under renovations and booking.com failed to mention that in their listing (pool was one of the reasons I booked it). Nasty old carpet in the rooms. Otherwise it was an ok room. One microwave in the lobby for everyone to use. No microwave in the room.

Room’s draperies were hanging off the rod so room wasn’t darkened to sleep. Just happen to ride the elevator with a hotel handyman and mentioned about our drapery so he came directly to our room , checked out the broken part and returned within minutes with a new part to install it!!!! Slept well in the dark😎

I assessed a dire need for retraining during an interaction with a female who stated to be the building manager. Or simply replace that manager with someone who knows how to manage. Because anyone can be a manager but not just anyone knows how to manage

Good choices for breakfast, lots of variety
The elevator timing, had to wait several times for elevator to go down. The shower has terrible pressure. I did ask questions before my stay to the hotel but didn't hear a reply. We booked a king room and got 2 queens. When I asked the front desk attendant they said some of the king rooms were out of order, so they were short on rooms. At the time of check in they could of said something.

Everything went well except someone came into the room after we'd checked in and left. They took the TV remote and microwave. The remote provided later would not work to turn the TV off. We had housekeeping up at 11 to turn it off.

Location is a 10/10! The employees were very personable and helpful, particularly Patrick in maintenance.
This hotel is definitely not up to Hampton Inn/Hilton standards. It was very disappointing. It’s old and tired. The carpeting needs to be replaced, the bathroom didn’t have a fan in it, frequently you were waiting a minimum 10 minutes for an elevator etc..

Bedrooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, great shower. Location was fantastic. Gym was okay, pool wasn't open.
Very noisy lifts that could be heard all night in our rooms led to a disturbed sleep. Breakfast was not good, few options, not much that was fresh, and not many options for a vegetarian besides toast. Waffles were good though. Although we were appalled by the single-use plates, plastic cutlery and disposable cups which were the only options for breakfast. So, so wasteful and shocking at this day and age, and will be going straight to landfill. Proper, reusable cutlery and crockery should be provided at a bare minimum.

Staff were great- especially Lynette, and Gabriel. Location was perfect and close to Hop On Hop Off. Room was quiet and very clean. And- the price was better than the others we looked at.
