Nice rooms convenient location staff could be nicer

Location location location. It was right where we needed to be and had everything we liked around it.

The pool was closed and part of the reason we booked this hotel is so the kids could swim in the evenings. When we checked in they said the pool would be opened and it wasn’t until the day we left. Some staff were short and not helpful. The guy who checked us in was great though and he was very accommodating.

Disappointing

The highly professional team.

Absolute lack of closet space for jumpers etc by the entrance. We chose the hotel for its pool but it was closed. The breakfast vouchers were hardly enough to cover the costs of the breakfast. No decent duvets (as per US), uncomfortable sofa bed, microwave at the FLOOR level. The water we were given was in plastic bottles (!).

Decent, but would not stay there next year.

Location was great, We stayed there last year and rebooked because of the location. The housekeeping staff was great!

Things changed from the previous year. There was no breakfast buffet included and no lobby coffee as in the year past. Our room had sever outlets that didn't work or looked as though a spark or small fire happened in the bathroom outlet. Our room over looked the HVAC units that was very loud.

Great location, facilities and staff. Perfect hotel for a family weekend in the city!

We arrived very early, but an hour later received a call that our room was ready and it was only 10:30 in the morning! They honored our request for a high floor and staff were exceedingly helpful throughout our two night stay. The restaurant in the lobby had wonderful coffee and the staff there were so gracious during their very busy coffee rush. Pastries were also top notch!

It was nice the cabinet in the middle if the microwave and refrigerator was broken. But the room was really nice. The umbrellas was nice.Ponchos could have been better because we were going to the game.And you can't bring umbrellas in the game

I liked the hotel location

The room at night is too dark, so you are unable to see the clothes if you want to change. The room cleaning wasn't daily. Also my reservation included breakfast but at the hotel they told me that wasn't included. The pool hasn't been working since March 2025

The greatest weekend stay never a dull moment.

The customer service was excellent. The bartender was awesome he gave us a lot of eating recommendations. The happy hour drinks and oyster were awesome! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We will be staying at this hotel again. We were so happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

It was our first time in Chicago and it was a great experience!

The lady from housekeeping was amazing! She did an excellent job every day and made our room very comfortable and clean.

I would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I would not book this suite again unless amenities are fully available and room size is significantly bigger.

The property was understand construction. And even calling to check if the pool was available, the woman I spoke with avoided the question and was not very forthcoming. She was kind of rude in my opinion.

A great 24 hours in Chicago with great location and friendly, helpful staff.

We loved the location and price, considering it was well within walking distance of most of your typical, touristy Chicago destinations. The staff were so kind and seemed genuinely excited to help in any way they could.

No real complaints about the property other than my son, who slept in the pull out sofa of the king suite, said that the mattress was thin and he could feel the frame while laying on the bed. But, it’s a pullout couch, so our expectations were realistic on this.

Our room was very nice and the location was super convenient for our planned activities.

We were pretty bummed to get there and find out that the pool was not in service. We chose this hotel because our 5 year old wanted to swim for her birthday. She was pretty let down.

It was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.

It was fantastic. We arrived a bit early. Bryan was at the front desk. He welcomed us like family. He was pleasant , friendly, asked us if there was an occasion. I was with my sister and grown daughters. We were there for shopping. The location was perfect for everything. William took charge of our luggage, and couldn’t have been nicer. We were greeted every time we left or returned.

Rude check in, expensive parking, decent rooms

The. Room itself was satisfactory.

The website boasted of a pool but it was not open. That was a disappointment in of itself as we specifically booked it bc it had a pool, but the front desk was rude about it . She said “well, you can cancel if you want but there will be a fee.” It was 630pm on a Friday.
