Our stay was perfect. The suite was very comfy for two people, it had everything we needed. You have kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, two comfortable couches. A tv in de living room and 1 more for the bedroom. We stayed in the 27th floor and had a wonderful view.
The crew was nice and attended all the requirements we had.
The only thing that I can say about this, was that they misspelled my name and last name, and you needed your name and last name to use the wifi, so we had trouble with that, but the crew was very nice in solving that in a really short time.

Location! The suite had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and the bedroom was separate. The free hot breakfast was a good way to start the day.
I really didn’t have anything I didn’t like. Except I’m a Packer fan we lost.

It was clean and had a full kitchen in the room
No heat in the room it was very cold! The employees brought a space heater! And they had to let us in the room the whole time because the key fob wasn’t working! The employees said they would send maintenance and never did!

The room had no heater and I was freezing. A staff member entered my room at midnight.

The suite was actually really nice spacious, clean. perfect for 3-4 people. BIG ISSUE: Except the Bathroom Seat for my mother - the handicapped seat was RUSTED and Breaking and Exceptionally dangerous. How could you allow a completely rusted handicapped seat to get in this condition and not be replaced in a handicapped room? You are just waiting for a lawsuit
RUSTED Metal folding seat for Disabled Shower - My mother almost cut her self - talk about a lawsuit. The Elevators were a joke. 15-20 minute wait to get off our floor. DOZENS of people took the stairs down - 15 flights. My wife did too and was exausted. My mom couldnt she is disabled, and needs help walking. The express elevator NEVER stopped on our floor, but we could here it zooming. Downstairs we complained two days in a row and told them the elevator NEVER stopped but when it did a couple times was so full we couldnt get on and that at times we have 20 plus people on our floor waiting for elevators. the front desk said well we are just busy and its probably people checking out. Nobody for any reason in any hotel should have to wait 20 plus minutes for an elevator and clearly they were not all programmed to stop at our floor and or one of the three wasnt working. When we finally learned we could press UP and it would stop, then we have to go all the way up and floor by floor down, and it only stopped at the 2nd floor where the breakfast is and then went back up, so we had to out and STILL walk down the double flight of stairs to the main lobby.

Lifts very busy, but not huge problem.

Excellent location, so close to everything by walking or a quick Uber.
Our room was clean but for what we paid for a night, it could have used some updating. The cabinets in the bathroom were cracked and chipped along the bottoms and the floor tiles could use some caulk. Just a quick touch up would make it appear more like a $200+ room instead of a $89 one elsewhere. Overall, it was a good room.

Stuff was friendly and the breakfast was good(except the hamburgers and to much potassium sorbate goods)
They didn’t mark clearly enough that the pool is under construction, the reception area and a hall was not clean and not nice, windows everywhere needs to be cleaned

Great location. All rooms have a kitchen and all needed stuff for that. Also we got a wonderful city view.
Haven’t seen neither fresh vegetables nor cold meat on breakfast.

The location of this hotel is central to many of the tourist sights (Navy Pier, parks, etc). It is alos within walking distance of some very good restaurants and shops along thr Magnificent Mile.
The best part of this hotel is the staff, everyone was courteous and helpful no matter what the ask. I witnessed them helping out several guests and they were always courteous and helpful.
The downfall to the llocation of this hotel is tha it doesn't have its own parking and the price you have to pay to park in the garage next door is $69.00 per night. We chose to park a few blocks away for half that price. The room was spacious but needs to be upgraded. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, the toilet was cracked inside, the outlet covers were cracked and the tv and remotes are old, The carpet in the elevators also need to be cleaned. The pillows also need to be changed as they were flat and uncomfortable.

The cleaning lady on my floor, and the Parking staff are very friendly
Rooms are very dated, and things are falling apart. Breakfast is awful, we could not eat anything. The Hotel needs major improvements in all areas of hospitality.

The location is excellent. Other than nothing to write about this hotel
We booked hotel for 3 nights. In our 3 night stay we switched rooms 2 times. The first room they provided had feeling of dampness & bad musky smell.
The next room they switched to us was next to elevator and their electric circuit house. There was constant knocking sound. We couldn't sleep that night. Finally they gave us another room that was reasonable compared to other two rooms. The hotel us located across a busy Northwestern hospital. So it gets noisy when abulances passes by. The rubber sealing on widow panes were coming out. It gave me the feeling that no maintenance were done for the longest time.

This hotel is conveniently located. It helps me walk around the city very easily. There are a number of good coffee shops, diners, and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff members are nice and helpful. The breakfast is decent - it's not a diner or brunch place, but it is quite decent.
The elevator sometimes takes a while to arrive. If you plan to leave during "rush hours," please prepare accordingly. Some of the rooms have AC problems. We had to change our room for this reason - it was hot and stuffy. This is something you should pay attention to.

breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it and it had a good variety of stuff to eat.
Valet parking in the front of the building - not sure if it was your Valet parking personnel were a little upset because we were standing in front of there way (We were on the side walk - I guess you need to paint the area so that people know that that part of the side walk is for the valet cars??

The location was wonderful right in the downtown area. This hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. If you are unable to walk the nearest bus stop is only a few blocks away .
On our first night we walked in to room the wood floor looked damaged or beten . The bathroom sink had a gaint crack in it. The next morning we woke up to a gaint coachroach in our bathtub. We paid over $200 a night for a beaten down room and coachroaches. The staff where able to move my room but since it was not ready we waited over 6 hours to be able to have access to our room. I would upload a picture of thr coachroach but the file type is not compatible with booking. The staff did not offer any refunds or appoligizes either. The coachroach ruined the hotel as it made it feel dirty and unclean

Location is just amazing, everything is walking distance, from shops to restaurants and beaches. Rooms are very clean, exceptional housekeeping! Spacious and comfortable place
The elevators are a mess, it once took me 23mins of waiting to get downstairs

It was clean and the workers were very nice and everything we needed was in walking distance.
I did not like that the parking was connected with another company. I felt the price was extremely expensive.

Awesome room and great location.
Pool was closed for renovation, in July in Chicago and that was a lot of the reason we stayed there. The booking site did not make that known at booking the non-refundable stay. It was only after the stay was confirmed I was made aware. Kind of shady.

The location is exceptional—you have everything within walking distance. This is the best place to stay in Chicago.
In the mornings, the elevators are usually full, and it takes a long time to get one, particularly around breakfast time.

Breakfast has great options! The location was perfect because the Harry Potter store was our favorite spot! The staff was friendly and accommodating!
The pool being closed was a big bummer. We planned our morning trip to the aquarium around having swim time in the morning. The roll out mattress was very uncomfortable.

Great area, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable.
I chose it partially because of the pool, but the pool was closed due to repairs, which was not related until we arrived.
While the AC worked beautifully- maintained a steady temp- it was very loud. It did help drown out the sirens, but if you don’t like loud white noise, that ro wouldn’t have been for you.
7.0 / 10.0
The room was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning was very very weak. Our room stayed between 78-80 degrees all 3 days we were there. The amount of heat coming off just the windows was intense even at 7am.
