Excellent location - within walking distance to everything. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable

No daily housekeeping of rooms. That was not stated at check-in only found out when we returned to our room and telephoned reception and they stated that if a guest would like a room serviced there would be a daily charge of $50 per day. We have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world and ALL rooms have always been serviced daily!

Lovely stay!

I was not expecting to like this hotel as much as we did. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool was very nice. Staff was amazing. Close to everything we needed and easy access to public transportation. Had a lovely time here with my husband. Already booked another stay for next year.

WONDERFUL

Everything, the location, it was walking distance to all our excursions, restaurants, etc The cookies are delicious. The staff, great. The rooms were always cleaned. Honestly I can’t think of anything bad to say, because there isn’t any. I would recommend this place, not just for everything I have mentioned, but what I didn’t mention in the price, EXCELLENT!!

Wonderful stay in Chicago!

Staff was very accommodating and the room was quite spacious. Location was central to many restaurants & activities. Loved the small kitchen & the fact there was a Whole Foods one block away.

We were on the 25th floor & it took a long time to get an elevator

Great place for visiting the city

Great location and friendly staff. Elevator from parking garage directly into lobby. The room was huge and clean. I liked that there was both a table set and seperate couch in the room along with a bench. The bed was very comfortable.

Pillows were not great (for me at least- super fluffy). Shower could have been bigger. Parking entrance and small unloading area is off of Ohio St. and a little difficult to manage.

Hotel location central to most of the attractions. Although dining facility at the hotel is mediocre, there are many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very friendly, personable and helpful. The room I had was very clean and comfortable.

A nice bar would be great for evenings when I don't feel like going out.

Exceptional

The space was perfect and the location was great. The grocery store next door was almost lifesaving traveling with young kids and we were able to walk to plenty of destinations including the Navy Pier. The kids loved the outdoor pool!

We called twice to have a set of sheets and blanket delivered for the sofa bed and they never arrived

I requested my room to have a cute romantic/valentines set up with flowers or chocolates or something whatever they could do-when I booked the room. They did not do anything for me. I was disappointed.
