I like the atmosphere I like the decorations. It was a lot of people there a lot of workers that seem very informal and had information to your questions.
The bar closed at midnight

The design was epic. I love the industrial exposed brick. Very nice and becoming.
Overnight staff, particularly a female with long hair, did not look very welcoming. She looked very angry so the question I did want to ask I didn't because she looked like she would bite my face off. 🫣

The location is within walking distance to MANY shops and restaurants as well as several grocery stores and a couple of red line stations. The lobby and rooms are nice and clean with spacious bathrooms that actually have decent water pressure in the shower. The desk was sufficient for me to work on my laptop while I was there.
I wish the room had a microwave to expand the options of dining in my room if I chose to.

Location was great, reasonable valet prices, and great costumer service at the front desk
I had issues with electrical problems with the lights in one room so I was moved to another room and shower was tiny with using it flooded the whole bathroom and the control for the temperature would not work so I had to deal with the hot temperature room while sleeping very uncomfortable

Always love the aloft mag mile, easily one of my two favorites, (the other only beats it with the view)
Nothing not to love!

It was in a central location
The bar staff were not nice to people who did not look like them. So I opted not to patronize the bar and went to O’Toole’s, where I had a great time and felt comfortable.
Oh and the toilet didn’t flush well at all. No one needs to know what happens when you go to the restroom so I had to wait to flush twice to make sure nothing came back.

It was downtown .
The room wasn’t so clean we found gum under the sink the showers had hair in it . When I called downstairs they said they will have someone come up and clean it but nobody never did. It was written words on the celling a smell you couldn’t get rid of I booked a room for a king size bed they gave me double bed told me they were all sold out after I had reservations for a king size bed . Very disappointed like I booked my room

The hotel was so accommodating. We got there early and our rooms were available. We asked for a late check and got it. They were so nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Great area. Walking distance to most places. They made sure to place my family in a family friendly floor. My room was clean and I had a great view. They had table games and a pool table in the lobby my kids enjoyed. Staff was super friendly.
Parking valet is expensive, but everything is expensive in the city, so I didn't mind paying for safety and convenience.

We really enjoyed our recent stay…The staff were very friendly and accommodating.. The rooms were big and spacious and also very clean.. I felt we were within walking distance to everything and also had the option of public transport if needed which was very easy to navigate

This place would've originally gotten a 4.2 from me, but if I could give it a #0, I would. You all are probably wondering how I went from such a dramatic shift like this, and I'll tell you how. Everything was ultimately nice with the place. I stayed in room 406. When we walked into the room, it looked to be missing a paint job or drywall on the ceiling. No big deal, I could get past that. That had me ready to rate the place at a 4.2; you lose the 0.8 due to cosmetics. Then something really serious happened. My lady is taking a shower. I'm sitting on the corner couch playing a game on my phone. She asks me to bring her something out of her bag. I grab the item and walk to the bathroom door, and it's shut. I try to pull it back because it feels like she locked it, but there isn't a lock on the door. I tell her, "Baby, you locked the door and I can't get in." She's thinking it locks automatically, but there was no lock. I proceed to go sit back down and resume playing my game. She gets out of the shower and yells out, "Baby, I can't open this bathroom door." Keep in mind it slides open and shut. I'm thinking it's off the hinge or something, but it's something else. She damn near has a panic attack, and ultimately I had to put some serious muscle into pulling the door open. We get the door open, and she's ready to leave instantly. I talk her out of it, and she goes to bed. I decide to hop in the shower, and I close the bathroom door, thinking it should be good now. I get out of the shower, and now I'm locked in. I put some muscle into it yet again (keep in mind I'm 6'6", 257 pounds) and pull it open. I report the situation to the front desk the next day, and the lady just writes down the room number with about 4 other rooms that had maintenance issues also. She tells us sorry for the inconvenience and have a nice day. #UNACCEPTABLE!

The hotel had a very nice lobby
I paid for a city view, the pictures didn’t match the way the room was showed on the website. I was looking at a building that was blocking the view, I spoke with the manager and he stated that was the best room because it was on the 18h floor. I felt misled with the advertisement and wasn’t pleased at all.

Shower did not work correctly. Hand held would not turn on. I am in a w/c and can't stand for long and overhead spray did not reach the bench area. ( this should be in disliked area)
very dark, lightning only at bed, sink, br, and entryway. Aware that housekeeping is every other day. If wanting this service , must be arranged the night before. Left hotel at 5:45am. Asked at desk for one set of towels and to have our garage cans emptied. Returned at 10pm to find none of this was done.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast selections were limited as things were out of stock. Swimming pool was cold.

I love that they had a lounge in the lobby. The hotel vibe itself is great.
I paid for a king city view but what I stayed in was a normal room. There was no city view. We were on the 11th floor which to me isn’t even high enough for an actual “city view”. I feel as though I was gaslighted just so they can make some extra money

Location only and the valet staff were super accommodating
The room was excessively worn from riped shades to bathroom toilet seat broken to toilet paper roll holder broken…the mirror in the bathroom was even worn….

The staff was nice.
The bathroom door was a real pain — we kept getting locked inside, even after maintenance supposedly fixed it. Our room was never cleaned during our 4-night stay, and it was much smaller than expected. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. At the very least, they should include breakfast or offer better service for what you pay.

I didn’t like the fact that the room was very small when I booked online the room was bigger and I didn’t like the stain on the mattress

Great location, easy access to all we wanted. Room was spacious for a family of four and a lot of luggage
It was somewhat noisy - we could hear others through walls. And someone 2 doors down had 2 very yappy dogs. We did not realise ahead of time that it was a pet friendly hotel…

The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice.
There should have been more mirrors, electrical outlets, and functional storage space. There were NO towel bars on the bathroom walls, and there was ample room for them. There was no good way to put on makeup. Not enough towels.
8.0 / 10.0
There was a lounge area right when you walked in with booths and a pool table, and they also had board games you could play.
The only thing that was a little off putting to me was that house keeping was every other day, and they wouldn’t have a set time, and seemed to only do it late in the afternoon when you were returning from being out all day.

Fancy lobby, friendly staff, and spacious/ quiet room. Specifically liked the fact that they have messaging service to ask questions and request items.
Location is a bit far from the subway station and room cleaning is only every other day.

The staff was not accommodating and they were rude. I overheard two staff members talking about me while I was walking to the elevator, and I was nothing but patient and understanding.

The lobby was very nice and all the employees I talked to were amazing.
Our shower was broken, the bathroom door barely opened due to being broken. The shower was flooded with towels sitting in it soaking. They tried to fix it but said shower is broken. So we were unable to shower after driving all day.
