The porters and valets were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The location made all we wanted to do and see, walkable.

I really love the location of the hotel , Its really in the heat of downtown which made it easy for us to get to our events

The breakfast was not appetizing

The property in general was clean

The breakfast is small with not a lot of options and their restrooms in the lobby weren't as clean.

The rooms were spacious and clean, even though the cleaning lady left a dirty rag on one of my beds while she did room service I’m sure it was a mistake. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. The African American workers were nice. The manager at the facility was nice.

Some of the staff were very rude. A brown skinned girl in the front with braids had attitude and was rude and would roll her eyes. The blonde lady was nice but seemed like she could’ve don’t a better job at communicating. They were also trying to be sneaky and charge me daily deposit with the entire room again when I had already pre paid. Oh and they always have people in the front of the hotel outside in the tables drinking and smoking.
