Clean, comfortable, and met expectations.

They accommodated early check-in, and placed my 2 rooms next to each other. The hotel was clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location is top notch - one block off Mag Mile, easy access to buses and trains, and a skywalk connection to the Northwestern medical center.

The water set up was a little strange. Bottled water was included, but water in a metal container was extra. Both waters were oddly placed on the bottom shelf of a side table. The $15 food discount for the on-site restaurant that was included with the room is nice, but I think a small grab-n-go complimentary pastry/snack bar and coffee station at breakfast time would also have been nice near the restaurant area.

Just the view and the easy access to the room.

It was dirty , left over straws from previous guest, no waters and the experience wasn’t very well.and the room I payed for wasn’t as portrayed as the pictures shown, and the deposit was a up charge of 30$ instead of the regular 100$ deposit as stated .

Great Hotel. Large room, good bar, kind staff. The location is perfect!!! The bed is very confortable. It will be i=one of my prefered hotels in Chicago, specially in the winter.

The comfort of the room, and the amenities that was assessable, and also the central location to shopping and dining and sightseeing did not realize how close and inconvenient very nice

We stayed overnight before a medical procedure and it was conveniently located near the hospital.

It was connected to the parking garage and the hospital through the sky walk. It was in an excellent location!

The only drawback can’t be avoided, which was sirens and street noise from below at night.

The location.

Pricey for the value. Check-in was delayed until 4 as room was being cleaned. Check in time on website is 3. The address on the website is 633 St Clair but entrance is not on St Clair but 1 block up and around the corner on Huron. Parking is very pricey. We paid $30 less at another parking facility.

Hyatt at the Magnificent Mile is a great place to stay!

I had a recently remodeled room. It was super clean and the mattress was perfect. Thoughtful water bottles in the room was a nice touch. Also thought the shower and water pressure was spot on. The location, one block off Michigan Ave made walking to attractions very easy. Another fun service was the $15 credit at your bar/lounge each night. Though most things were over that, it was a nice way to have a drink before bed or before going out to dinner.

Under renovation soo much discomfort. Even the renovations that have been completed aren’t up to par. Showers are so small and tight you need to turn off the water while shampooing.

Enjoyed Chicago and this was a nice and convenient place to do it from. Staff were very helpful.

Very well appointed King room with plenty of space. Great spacious en-suite (even if the shower was over the bath).

The coffee/tea maker had no instructions and was unfamiliar to us - but not a biggee. TV channels were in an odd order and the TV switched itself off a couple of times - again- not a biggee as we weren’t in the city to watch TV!

Nice hotel !!! Located in the center of Chicago.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April 2024 for three nights. It was a room on the corner of the hotel. The room is large and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom with two sinks is large and bright. Breakfast cost extra. The continental buffet had a very good selection.

Could have been better.

We came with our kids and was really looking forward to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order and that was very disappointing. Everything else was fine.

Disappointing stay for "not guests"

The location was terrific, very close to so many different options for entertainment & food.

Was EXTREMELY disappointed with our check-in. We specifically picked this hotel because it offered an indoor pool. Upon check-in we were told the pool would be closed on Monday (we were staying Sunday into Monday). As we expressed disappointment in that fact, we were essentially admonished by the staff that we 1) didn't check the website to verify this (despite the fact that we had made the reservation months earlier and the person checking us in had just told us that they had JUST received the notice themselves) 2) we were told that we were not considered guests on Monday, even though checkout wasn't until noon and we had just been told that the hotel restaurant had breakfast on Monday morning. I guess our money is good enough to be a guest Monday, but not us. Oh yeah, and we booked 2 rooms. What a terrible way to be treated.

Lots of people sitting outside on side street in the evening hours. A little uncomfortable walking through the crowds of people, took other paths to return to hotel at night.
