Allowed us to have a late check out. Breakfast had a decent amount of options and I liked the free coffee as well.

Nobody would answer the messaging platform or emails or phone when we arrived at the airport and needed to find out how to navigate the airport shuttles (we messaged a whole day prior). When someone answered the phone they were very rude and put us on hold for 20 minutes for one simple question. Then, when we finally got there, there were no staff at reception when we showed up so we couldn't check in for an hour; front desk staff didn't show up for their shift that day and the desk was being covered by a house keeper. The lobby smelled really bad when we got there as well.

Great location and comfortable room

Staff was friendly and helpful, complimentary shuttle to airport was nice, comfortable beds and room was well appointed. Location was convenient to airport and a short uber ride tot he river entertainment district

While visiting, we experienced colder than normal temps. The temp control in the room wasn't very responsive to heat adjustments

Great value but prepare to DIY clean.

The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. They were able to provide us with a quiet room, which we appreciated. The hot breakfast items were absolutely delicious - the sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and omelettes. The front desk had a list of restaurants nearby to give a sense of what the area provided. The decor is tired but it's very good value to stay here.

The bathroom had hair in the tub and snot on the shower wall which made me worry about the cleanliness of the entire hotel room. When I called down for synthetic pillows (I'm allergic to feathers) it took an hour for them to arrive. The hotel staff was very indifferent and from conversation are clearly overworked and underpaid.

Hot sweaty stay uncomfortable night

We arrived at 10 PM. The Lyft driver drove by the hotel because there’s no front lights on the building at night. There is a rear covered garage entrance, but it’s not well marked or lit. Very difficult to assure yourself that you’re at the right place.

arrive 10 PM hotel room had no AC spent two hours trying to fix and ultimately replaced with a older unit that worked marginally. Finished repairs after midnight. Only offered $25 compensation. Felt the room should’ve been completely refunded.

My overall stay was great. The late shuttle pick up just left a bad memory and experience for me.

Front desk person was very courteous and made the check in process very pleasant and efficient. The continental breakfast was excellent.

Have a better shuttle service system. Customers should not have to wait over an hour, for shuttle service to your hotel. This was very frustrating. After one hour passed, I ordered an Uber. I cancelled the Uber when the shuttle arrived a few minutes after I made the Uber request. I was however charged a cancellation fee by Uber. Hopefully, your hotel can do better than what’s occurring presently. I was not the only person waiting for your shuttle either. There was other people who had waited longer than I did. I believe they caught an Uber, because they left and never returned to the shuttle pickup area.

The shuttle was not 24 hours so we had to arrange transportation for an early flight. Only 1 bathtub in the facility and it was not a king bed room. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Would stay here again

We arrived with friends. Check in was at 3 but we got in at 11 after the end of the our cruise. The person at the desk allowed us to check in our suitcases. We went to lunch at a good restaurant. We were able to check in early by 1:30 which was great! Very friendly and welcoming person.

Holiday Inn Express Never Disappoints

Rooms were large and clean and even though we reserved three rooms at the last minute, HIE was able to give us rooms located near each other. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. HIE never disappoints. We waited only a couple minutes for the complimentary shuttle from the airport and the only suggestion I have is another one to the cruise port. However, I do believe local regulations restrict this as no property seems to offer this amenity.

Gave us a room that smelled like cesspool when we complained they where so rude. Gave us another room that the mattress was so noisy every time we moved. Asked the front desk to come check themselves but said we ll give your money back go to another hotel and refused to give us another room. Horrible stay ! Will never stay there again. Also they charged us for parking which booking.com doesn’t say.

I booked a room for 6 people. I had to call 5 times to get all the bedding for the pull out bed and still didn’t get what we needed and asked for. The housekeeping staff member who kept bringing out linens was rude and seemed as if we were inconveniencing her by requesting the linens we needed for 6 people on a room.

Would not stay again. Filthy floors makes me not trust what else wasn't actually washed.

After taking off my shoes in the room, the bottoms of my feet were black. The floor was vinyl tile and must not have been washed in months. I took a picture and showed it to the desk clerk in the morning and her words "That's disgusting" We stayed at a different Holiday Inn on a previous cruise vacation and chose this one because it was cheaper. NEVER AGAIN
