I would stay more, however it's not affordable for me. When I do stay, I'm desperate.

The toilets need to be fixed, so they flush (I heard another person complain). Also, I am very cautious to the vehicles parked there that aren't staying there. For example overnight vehicles parked out back ( my room viewed them ). And when I mentioned it to the desk clerk, she got a bit of an attitude (which is not surprising. There's one or two "attitudes" behind that front desk. Honestly they are pretty cool. The breakfast attendants are very accommodating. Please forgive me if I made errors in my writing; I don't have my glasses on an its dark inside my car. Happy New Year. God Bless. Ps the German cockroaches were bad my first few stays. However haven't seen in a while

For the most part is was okay.

The room accommodated our needs. The staff was friendly. Stores and restaurants, attractions are in close proximity of the hotel. Price was reasonable.

There were ants in the room!!! Finding a spot to park in the hotel parking lot was a challenge. I did not like the trendle bed situation. A suite with one small bathroom presented challenges we could have done without.

Unfortunately we booked two more stays over the next two cruises they cannot be cancelled.

The toilet didn’t flush properly had to flush it several time for stuff to go down. The room shade did not go either up or down. No mirrors in room other than the small one over the sink in the bathroom No counter space in the bathroom just a small sink. It was also on the door a handicap

I contacted the property before the trip and then in the airport almost 5 times for the shuttle.Very bad service

The property is good clean but I asked for one room with accessible features but really only have the name.The baby have bathtub and the lamps have a small Boston y the back and don’t have closet!

How close it was to a few shops although still not too many

The staff ate a huge let down very ignorant except for the man working reception he had a big smile. The rooms are outdated don’t like at all. Felt old fashioned

The TV should of been on a different wall, shower faucet leaked so didn't have full pressure when taking a shower. Sink leaked was hard to push down to not leak.

Convenient to restaurants

The community areas smelled like weed. It was the first thing you notice when you walk in. The parking lot was filled with people smoking and loitering and did not feel safe. The rooms were not very clean. My sheets felt like they were covered in crumbs. The pillows just collapsed under your head so they were useless and the mattress was very hard- honestly it was the worse hotel bed I’ve experienced. Breakfast would have been good if they had enough food. They were out of almost everything an hour before it ended with many people still there needing to be fed.

Swimming pool pools memories made and iguana to visit.

We enjoyed everything about this property it was beautifully laid out great design staff was very friendly just lovely all the girls at the front desk were wonderful. The swimming pool really enjoyed it also enjoyed some visits from some iguanas that was really cute.

Find a new place to go

I’ve stayed here several times but now it’s not worth it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well. They charge $15 per night for parking and it is never any spaces. The elevator is always packed because they only have the two. I won’t be staying there anymore

Free shuttle from airport to hotel. Close to restraunts and shopping. Room was comfortable for 5 adults. Close to cruise port.

VERY comfortable, clean and accommodating Home Away from Home

The location was EXCELLENT with plenty to do in the area, the hotel was SUPER CLEAN and modern the complimentary breakfast GREAT and the staff was VERY welcoming, friendly and professional.

Your staff makes you feel uncomfortable staying there very very very rude does not give you extra towels the was someone baby poop by the hot tub n the hot tub was not hot it was cold I’d much rather go across the street to Hilton garden if they are not sold out for the night the stafff here needs to be like them not like drill sergeant staring at you every five seconds I even had one maintenance man just kept walking by my room every 10 mins I felt really uncomfortable with your staff I never felt like that. I travel a lot and your staff is the only ones that really make me feel uncomfortable. Y’all need to hire new staff. That is nice not think they are the police and that they’re doing you a favor by you staying there cause there’s plenty of hotels around there. This would be my last resort going here because of your staff
