After traveling all day, we were looking forward to a hot shower and a good nights sleep! Guess what! No hot water and very little water pressure. A lot of money spent for the night to have no service

The shuttle service was pretty quick picking us up. Good breakfast to start out our day. The staff, especially the front desk staff, we very polite n quick to take care off any issues and shared info of things to do with inn walking distance and their humor was contagious. Duration again inn two weeks.

The smell in the room was horrible. We stayed on the first floor, it was also very noisy. Maybe we were bad lucky with our room. The employees were very nice, it’s a great location, nearby stores and restaurants, and close to the airport.

Check-in was a breeze thanks to Ryan and his coworker. They were welcoming, professional, and very helpful—even getting us into our rooms ahead of schedule. The hotel’s location is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.

Extremely dirty. No maintenance whatsoever in the rooms. Stains in mattresses, carpet, and sofa. Disgusting. Hairs in bedsheets. Only two positives: airport transportation and luggage storage.

The staff was very approachable and courteous but I think Dai'quon deserves recognition. She was pleasant and cordial at check in and throughout our stay. The surrounding area has many options for eating and shopping. The room itself was a little dirty, end tables by the bed not wiped down. Also, the blinds in the room were inoperable and stayed closed throughout our stay. Finally, it seems there was some repairs being made and workers in the hall could be heard in the room.

Recommendable hotel. Our suite was quite big and beds were comfortable. Very quiet at night. Typical breakfast for an American hotel, cleanliness and staff attention on the better side of average.

The shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick us up. The hotel is doing some renovation but there is construction dirt beyond what is reasonable in the hallway. The room also was not clean and had various broken parts, i.e. curtains, lights. It was okay for an overnight before a cruise, but not very enjoyable otherwise.

Bed was super comfortable, room was bigger than expected, the sofa was comfortable ,there was a big freezer. If you like ice bring your own ice trays . (There is possibly ice machines but I’m not sure) . It was nice to have our own kitchen . Bring your own pan to cook if you are planning to stay for a while .There is pods and cutlery. The water pressure in the shower was not as good but everything else was perfect ! AC worked properly. Hard Rock Cafe is only 30 mins drive from the hotel ! And you don’t have to pay extra for the parking . I look at different hotels in the area and this one checked all my boxes ! Amazing I would stay again !
