Property was run down. Room door did not close properly and the deadbolt did not work well.

My stay was a complete disaster at this Hotel

Room was not clean. Bathtub was dirty as well as the sinks and the floors. The bed sheets were stained and the carpet was dirty. I took pictures of the room ; as I will be contacting Wyndham HQ to further explain my visit. I am totally disappointed and future stays in the area will not be at this location.

The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was that I was not able to connect to the internet. The shuttle Drivers and Front Desk Receptionists was very helpful especially on the night shift.

Location was good...private and gorgeous scenery.

The breakfast wasn't very satisfying. The proteins offered, boiled eggs and sausage patties, were cold. No pastries, no bacon, no biscuits and gravy. At the cost of the room and advertised breakfast, I would have expected better options.

Served it's purpose of arriving the day before a cruise.

Check in was good, room was clean. Quite location away from traffic. Overall good experience and clean room and lobby. Staff was friendly helpful.

Breakfast was limited, ride from the airport was interesting and a little long. No food service after 10pm in the area for late arrival.

Disappointing

The location was convenient next to a shopping plaza where I could access some stores that I needed to visit.

The first i wanted to do after getting in after a long afternoon was wash my face, settle in and take a shower. I turn the water faucet to wash my face and a HORRIBLE smell comes out and instantly turns me off. I let the water run a little thinking it would eventually go away..it did not. I then turned the shower on and it was the same thing. Thank God I brought water bottles. But I shouldnt have had to do that. First hotel ever that happens at. Pretty disgusting. My family and I were very turned off by that. Breakfast the next day was pretty decent but there was alot of guests and it didnt seem like the staff could keep up with the guests needs. They were constantly running out of breakfast items. Definitely been at more attentive hotels. Also, the hallways had roaches. Saw a few when we waited for the elevator. Gross

A peaceful and pleasant stay in a beautiful location, with excellent service

I really liked everything. The hotel was very clean, located right in front of a beautiful lake, in a calm and quiet area, and just minutes from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to using it. It would have been the perfect way to relax after my travels.

The bedroom was very clean.

My room #319 had no Wifi on Saturday morning and up to Monday morning when I left. Was told that IT would fixed it but that never happen. IT was a major inconvenience for me. The toilet rim underneath was Superrrrrrr gross. It was like it was not clean in years.

My front door neighbor threw a party in the middle of the night. Other neighbors joined the event. They were listen to extremely loud music, knocking the door all the time, running erratically in the hall, having a great time while other apartments needed to stay quiet. No one ever came to end this nightmare.

The hotel is old, the ac broke and there was no one to fix it, the cover to the ac came off and it was full of dust, the ac made loud noise all night we couldn't have a goodnight sleep. The front desk Javon was the only kind person in this hotel. The shuttle driver was sent to fix the ac drunk, they have no maintenance person to fix anything.

My stay was 70% good experience with the hotel for my first time.

Hotel was very clean, good smell and the gentleman in front was very patient and very kind with us.

The bed was too low, I wish you guys can add bacon 🥓 in you breakfast with more variety of fruit. And at least have 2 bottles of water in the room.
