Hotel refused to provide a refund when i experienced travel issues during the recent winter storm. Staff was rude especially the management.

Room 424, the door was very hard to open. It’s stuck at the top. I felt this was a fire hazard. I did address the situation, and I should’ve requested to move rooms, but we were already settled in and I didn’t want to pack up and move. Plus, I don’t even know if they had any rooms available. They never did get back to me whether or not they looked at their room. I have another cruise booked for March, I had hoped to stay here, but I don’t think that will be the case.

The room was a little tired. We had only decaf coffee, the couch was pretty uncomfortable, and the bathtub we had to stand in while showering was an absolute ice-skating rink. Really dangerous.

After traveling all day, we were looking forward to a hot shower and a good nights sleep! Guess what! No hot water and very little water pressure. A lot of money spent for the night to have no service

The shuttle service was pretty quick picking us up. Good breakfast to start out our day. The staff, especially the front desk staff, we very polite n quick to take care off any issues and shared info of things to do with inn walking distance and their humor was contagious. Duration again inn two weeks.

We were only there 1 night but it was an eye opener. We arrived about 4:00 & the young lady at the desk couldn’t b more helpful. Very informative & considerate w our needs. This will b our preferred stay when going to FL airport or on a cruise.
