It felt like a motel 6 for over $300 a night. Very bad.

We stayed before and it was good. The staff is great. Maybe they have a new management ?

They could not get the keys to open the room door. It was two hours and 3 rooms later to get my room. The noise in the room is loud. Don’t get on the side with the freeway noise. The bathroom fan was so loud it sounded like an airplane. You can’t turn the bath light on with put the fan. :-) BAD The ac keeps blowing if you turn the room temperature off. It’s a super old block fan under the window. The ice machine and laundry machine was broken. It felt like everything was broken and old. I guess no maintenance or updates to the hotel.

Absolutely not worth staying at given the absence of customer care and price point

Convenient location

Grossly lacking in staff. When the line at reception has 5 people waiting and the duration to check in takes 1 solid hour there’s problem. Given the crowds at breakfast, extensive wait for a simple table, inadequate staff that needed reminding to refill the empty 4 containers of milk, the coffee pot and lemon water container that’s a staffing problem. Given the crowds at this property at an average of $230/ rooms the management could certainly afford to hire more help especially during the busy weekend cruise arrival and departure days. To staff a large capacity property with only one person at reception to check people in and out, answer the incoming booking calls and coordinate the calls for shuttle is plain poor management since it magnifies the absence of concern for customer service in of all things a service industry! Unconscionable! I will forgo future interest in location convenience over simple customer care!

Location primarily for me, close to Ft Lauderdale and Aventura at the same time.

Location for me was relevant. Food and shops close by, and the Aventura Mall 10 minutes away

Breakfast was average. Coffee was not strong enough, too light... watery. Eggs tasted like plastic.

Very comfortable stay

The staff was extremely patient and helpful. When we arrived mid morning, the front desk was getting slammed with arranging transport to the airport/port, but if there was more than one (wonderful) person working the desk, it would have been less stressful for her and the guests. The king bed we had was so comfortable - the best hotel bed I’ve slept on, and I’m hard to please when it comes to that!

Just a gentle suggestion that making breakfast included would be a nice perk.

Went to make hot chocolate but urn was out of water. I asked 3 people for some, and was told by one that the bar is closed so no one to get it. another person said maintenance could do it. After 1 1/2 hours wait, I got my room, but no hot chocolate as there was still no hot water.

Overall, the stay met our needs, and we will return in the future to this location.

What went well for us was the notification for the room readiness. We came in from a cruise and the desk staff was helpful in getting settle in for our journey.

What could have been better is the ac/heater unit being a lot quieter in room 310.

Overall stay was good for the price.

Good location breakfast was not included in price but there was breakfast available in restaurant. Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great place to stay for price. There was a shuttle for airport and cruise terminal but service was very slow picking us at airport so we took an Uber to cruise terminal.

Shuttle took almost two hours for pick up at airport.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the complimentary airport shuttle, and some of the hotel staff.

That it had an airport shuttle . The young lady that checked us in was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The gentleman running the bar & restaurant was also very friendly and did an excellent job at the service he provided.

The elevators were very slow. After we’d waited 10 minutes from upstairs to get to the lobby, an elevator finally came, however, there was no room inside because a hotel worker was inside with a huge canvas bin on wheels. We told him we’d been waiting 10 minutes & he just shrugged his shoulders & did not have the courtesy to get off and allow hotel guests priority. It was rude and inconsiderate of this hotel staff member. We then had to wait several more minutes before another elevator arrived.

Very loud room due to outside A/C nits below

Front desk was nice and helpful.

I asked for a quiet room, so they put me in the back facing the parking lot, but I kept hearing very loud blowing noise. They sent maintenance up twice. Only in the middle of the night did I realize the loud blowing noise was coming from outside, right below my room from the hotel A/C units. They should have realized that and not blamed it on traffic. There was no traffic noise.

Excellent Stay/ Hidden Gem

Check in was a breeze and our room was nice and clean. The restaurant server on site was basically working the tables alone but he was great and so was the food. Lastly, the airport shuttle service was superb and we didn’t have to wait. Just make sure you follow directions by calling the hotel once you’ve obtained your luggage. When you call, the front desk will let you know based on your terminal where to catch the shuttle. We will definitely stay here again in the future when in the area. 10/10

The staff was very personable and pleasant. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good with variety and quality. It wasn’t automatically included, but ours was included when booking—check when you book, as it is $15/person if not included. The airport shuttle provided was great, and we were able to book our transfer to the cruise terminal easily.

The only minor issue was that the commode was slow and rarely flushed on the first attempt.

My room smelled like an old boys locker room. After a long day, I checked in after 10:00pm, ready to relax. The smell gave me a horrible migraine. Front desk clerk offered me a spray deodorizer as I was too exhausted to gather my belongings and switch to another room. Very disappointing for a Sheraton hotel.

Front desk staff very helpful n accommodating. Housekeeping staff wonderful. Bed comfortable. In room coffee station amazing. Bottle water provided. Large TV. Sitting area. Walking distance from DANIA POINTE, shopping, restaurants n entertainment complex. Breakfast n dinner for added cost. Happy hours at the bar daily, free airport shuttle to/from the Fort Lauderdale airport. A frequent hotel guests. Ms Allison Higgins was quite helpful to me. Great breakfast buffet. Daily fruit infused water n coffee station in the comfortable lobby area. Maintaining staff quickly responds to issues. Breakfast staff very helpful. Very clean hotel. Quiet.

Pantry items a bit expensive but has lots of treats/choices. Grocery stores nearby. Some breakfast items could be kept warmer.
