There were ants everywhere in the room! It smelled like bleach when we got in. That made us feel it must be clean but we first noticed ants on our laptops. Then bathroom floor and sink. Bedside table. We paid way too much for this. I told concierge but he said to contact manager and would t do anything to help us. Only offered us points. I do t want points but expect a full refund

Great place to stay if you're going on a cruise. Breakfast was very good. Planes fly very close to the hotel constantly so was worried about hearing them while trying to sleep. Nope! Never heard them, a/c was like white noise, had a great night sleep. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay here again when in Fort Lauderdale.

I really loved the room. The only issue that I had with it, was, that, being that I have mobility issues, it was difficult to open the door when using my walker. Also,on my floor, by the elevator, it had sign that there were beverages and ice down the hallway, and the only place that you could find it was in the lobby.

The staff was accommodating yet seemed conflicted on the cost of storage for packaging. They were unable to produce the companies policy regarding storage even if the package was only stored for one hour

Room was not ready for almost three hours after the three p m check in. Luggage placed in an unlocked room easily accessible to anyone. Lobby full of guests also waiting for rooms to be ready. Shower water not hot and poor excuse for a tub full of stains. Not a good experience.

This hotel was close to the airport and the lobby is nice. Our room appeared clean though there was a foul odor (possibly coming from the AC unit). The hot tub was in disrepair so we could not use it but the pool area was nice overall. I would recommend this hotel for those needing short stays who may have to catch early or late flights. I would recommend the hotel management spend more time training the front desk personnel to be more courteous and less “robotic”. The morning and night staff were both unwelcoming and monotonous in their service.
