Bad experience

We got there early because we just got off a cruise ship did the precheck whitch went fine your driver was driving a little fast . But after we checked there's no place to go except a few places by the pool with no umbrellas to get you out of the sun had to wait for the last minute to get our room a d a LOT of ppl where able to get there rooms like almost a hour early like 2 . Ther was a group of ppl drinking blocking the way to the lobby . They were down by the pool by the snack store and they were VERY loud . Ypur in the middle of nowhere and no restaurant ? Thank God we know about roadway inn witch we like staying at . Thought we'd give you guys a try Oh yeah and you can't get coffee until 7 that really sucks

The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and accommodating. The pool was nice. The bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water.

Breakfast is not included in the price. It cost at a minimum $7.99 for a continental type breakfast (bagel, cream cheese.) Yet right next door at a similar facility breakfast was included with the rate and even though we weren’t staying there the breakfast was $5.75 and this included scrambled eggs, with cheese if you wanted, sausage patties, waffles with strawberry topping, whipped topping, real butter or with syrup or both as well as bagels, sweet rolls, donuts, cream cheese, jelly, coffee, tea, toast, various kinds of fruit juices. Also, the air conditioning/heat unit didn’t work properly. Maintenance came in and confirmed the unit wasn’t working. In fairness, they offered to move us but we declined. Lastly, the floor in the room was not clean. After taking a shower and walking barefoot for a short time I had to wash my feet and the washcloth was black with dirt Except for the hotel next door and a taco truck on the premises there are no restaurants within walking distance

Big comfy bed. Spacious room. Shuttle to an from the airport which was very well organised. Good price - value.

Chaos at reception on arrival, although the girl checking us in was very clued up. Old fashioned property - it’s in the middle of updating. No food onsite other than a shop in one of the units with some breakfast items. Felt like Maplins, 1950s era!

There was blood on the sheets when we checked in, obviously had not been washed or changed. We were not comped in any way for this disgusting experience. In the mornings the cleaning staff loaded their carts outside our room and they were very loud and we could hardly walk through them to exit the building. The bed was horrible and lumpy. The pillows were huge and hard - so big they hurt our necks.

The cruise port shuttle was almost fully booked so we couldn't use it because there wasn't a time available that worked for us. You can't reserve a time until you check in, so keep that in mind.

It was going well until opening Sunday of the NFL, when a little quick rain storm came through and I lost half the tv channels, no fox, NBC or CBS, in which I waited a year for, so I would not advise anyone to stay there, I know I will never again

The front staff was very accommodating. I had a concern with my room and was offered another room that met my needs. It's a 2.5 star motel for a quick trip or overnight stay, nothing more. Beds were comfortable. AC unit was cold. Hot shower.

Good for a short stay

My flight got delayed due to bad weather so I landed in FLL much later than expected. Arrived well after the check-in window with my toddler but was accommodated without issue. The young man at the desk was pleasant enough and gave some extra considerations.

Saw a few "crawling fighters" as my hubs calls them. Thankfully they were small.

Ok, but nothing special

The staff were very good to deal with and the room was clean and adequate. We booked the room because we had 12 hours to fill between getting off our cruise ship and our evening flight. Red Carpet Inn also picked us up at the cruise port, brought us to the Inn and also drove us back to the airport to catch our flight. This was very convenient.

We had planned on spending most of our time by the pool, but couldnt due to the gross condition of it. I could see green algae growing on the pool walls from up on the 3rd floor. So we obviously didnt want to go in it. This inn is also in a bad location, very industrial area, nothing to see or do. The outside of the building is run down looking and needs an overhaul. This left us with 12 hours in our room waiting to get our flight.

Did spot a few small cockroaches, and as there were no "do not disturb signs" i did tell the housekeeping staff to not give me cleaning service, which the lady agreed to but ultimately ignored, as the room was cleant in my absence.

We were only there one night but left a lot to be desired.

The gentleman Sean at the front desk was a tremendous help. He took the time to listen and even got us a shuttle to a restaurant. There was no place to eat at the hotel other than vending machines.

No place to eat nearby other than a good truck and vending machines. Air in lobby was non existent. It was under a lot of construction. It was not easy to navigate to room.

-Place was out dated -Rooms were dirty Microwave was filthy -Bugs crawling in the room due to door bottom slit broken and room being on the pool side main floor -No soap in the room, even upon requesting no one came to drop off the soap. Had to find a housekeeping staff and for one directly.

Good enough

We stayed for just one night. The room was adequately clean, the staff were very welcoming, and the location was convenient. The food truck outside also looked promising.

The room did not smell pleasant when we first entered. It might benefit from being aired out beforehand or given a more thorough cleaning. Aside from that, there were no other issues.
