Really set up for cruise traffic. But very crowded and busy. Check in involved a 2 hour wait. So crowded we had to stand and sit on our suitcases for the 2 hour wait. Some people were checking out late and there was limited crew to clean rooms. Actually there was nothing to like.

Slow response from staff. No information about room or delay. Noise from airport was atrocious. We could see aircraft above us. Definitely not attractive. About 45 people waiting in small lobby area. Back up on getting rooms ready for us and everyone else.

Great location, not great service

Location and cost were great. Loved there was a Wendy's within walking distance. The shuttle was free and convenient as well.

When attempting to talk with the front desk I was hung up on multiple times. I needed help with an item that was left behind. Once I was actually able to talk to someone, I was promised a call back that was never received. We needed to clean the tub before it could be used.

No heat was available on the coldest weekend of the year, I spent 2 nights cold and shivering. I was miserable. And the little refrigerator didn’t really work.

It took almost 2 hours to get checked in from the time we arrived at 6:20 pm. After arriving we were told it would be around 30 minutes before our room was ready which was untrue. There was no free shuttle to the cruise ports.

You get what you pay for

We liked that the hotel was close to the airport and easy to navigate the city from. Breakfast had a good selection, and when I asked for gluten free options I was provided with some.

The tea and coffee station in the room only had coffee and tiny little sachets of creamer. No tea or kettle was available. The room was also freezing and we couldn't get the temperature up higher when adjusting the thermostat.

Location to to airport and cleanliness

Very poor performance for van services to airport. Both arriving vans at the hotel were full. We had to jam in to make our flight. Need to have enough van space for customers, counting on your service to get to the airport!

Quick pre cruise stay great, great sleep.

It smelled clean. Staff was very accommodating for early check in. Liked the free shuttle from airport.

Breakfast could use variety. But the staff was very nice. The shuttle did take about an hour for pickup with two hotels being serviced. The price for the stay was a bit higher for the value. The interior building is showing its wear and tear.

Amazing stay

The breakfast is included and it's very good! Beds conformable and rooms are spacious. The pool.is also clean and great temperature. All good.

The place was close to the cruise port and overall not a bad stay. But the room was dirty.

Breakfast was good, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location to airport and cruise port

Insane mess of people in the lobby the next morning. We came down for breakfast and when the elevator door opened the noise level was crazy LOUD. Tons of people, no place to sit, people not using utensils to serve themselves food. When the lady finished serving herself eggs and dropped the handle of the spoon into the eggs, I walked away. No way to take advantage of the free breakfast. We left and walked over to Dunkin Donuts where we were greeted by a pleasant staff and could eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel lobby continued to be crowded, no open seating and loud until we left at noon. We have taken cruises from Ft. Lauderdale a number of times but never stayed in this hotel. We will not stay there again.

Decent place with free breakfast for overnight stay before cruise departure.

Breakfast was very good, but crowded, not enough tables. Not much in the area to walk to as far as restaurants for dinner. Easy access to port for cruise departure. The room was clean but a bit worn, however the beds must have been newer as they were so comfortable.

Unable to contact hotel from airport to have them send free shuttle to pick us up, kept getting no answer or hung up on. Just happened upon a shuttle from next door hotel and they took us there.

The a/c in my room was so load. I had a very hard time falling asleep. not only the motor to run the unit, but also a constant rattling noise. I tried calling to the front desk but i checked in past midnight and nobody answered. i had to just accept that i will not sleep well. In the morning, the front desk person had nothing to say. Very sad...

Great place to stay near the Airport

We arrived around 9pm and ate at the on-site lounge. After a long day of travel, the food was good and the staff was wonderful and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious and the king bed was very comfy.

Of all things, your first cup of coffee in the morning has to be hot and both carafes were barely lukewarm. There was no microwave in the breakfast area to even heat it. We were not the only disappointed patrons.

Big no

We arrived at 11:30 at night from a flight, the hotel was booked months in advance and they told us they were fully booked and there was no room for us. It turned out that a group had arrived and the easiest way was to kick us out. Rudeness. Intolerable behavior. They moved us to another hotel, just a scam. I don't recommend booking at the hotel. Because you probably won't have anywhere to stay.
