A good ending to a very frustrating day!

Booked due to our flight being cancelled back to Canada. Vensa on the front desk was exceptional with all the people trying to check in, deal with phones and other problems. She is a gem for sure. Breakfast was very good and lots of it.

Adequate for an overnight stay would hesitate to use the hotel again given other hotels in area.

Breakfast was fine with adequate choice.

The room could have been cleaner bits of plastic lying on the floor. Looked as if the room was in the process of being painted with door frames half painted.

The First Room they put us in the TV nor the AC worked. They moved us to a different room and the shower head leaked bare wires hanging out of AC and they charge 10 dollars a to park even though your stay there

Not impressed but ok for a 1 night stay.

Proximity to the airport but there were a lot of other hotels near that area as well. The shuttle service from the airport was good.

Hallways were outdated and dirty. Paint in our room was done very poorly. Obvious not a lot of attention was paid to cleaning after the last guest stayed. There were a pair of socks under the desk.

Great stay overall, the front receptionist and restocking laundry items needs some work.

The breakfast and location was great. Cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job.

The laundry rooms were not fully kept stocked. The soap dispenser took my money and didn't give me any soap. When I tried to tell the front desk, all he said was, "I know." Didn't help me get the soap or my money back. If he knew, why didn't he restock it or offer to help me?

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good and staff was super pleasant. Coffee was good as was selection of food items.Tables were clean and staff was there insuring everyone had what they needed.

Overall the stay was quiet and comfortable. This was the best HI Experience I ever had!

Front desk staff was short and not very friendly. He wasn't rude by anymeans. Just no "have a good stay" "let me know if you need anything" just like of to himself and not saying much.

On the website says “ very good breakfast “….. super poor quality and choices. Pure sugar .?They closed the breakfast at 9:30am…. were many people would like to eat because they are on vacation… It was very loud and super crowded. The breakfast area is super small so u eat by standing or take it to your room.

The staff were nice but the handyman could not speak English to help us with the bugs and Gekco.

Mac at the front desk was the best , And the ladies housekeepers.

Little tiny Bugs were everywhere .Geckos were found in the room my night. I couldn’t sleep and my anxiety went to the highest level.

It was close to the airport and cruise port.

Restaurants, liquor store, supermarket etc. are across a very busy highway. You need to walk a couple blocks either way to cross the street.

Nice stay for low price. Great breakfast.

The food was great. Loved the hot breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls. The room was comfy, with basic amenities. The staff was really nice.

The room had some humidity and the bathroom sink had a dripping problem, it didn't fully close and the water always came very hot.

The room was a great size for the six of us. We didn’t feel cramped. Loved having the shuttle pick us up from the airport.

There were virtually no towels in the bathroom, the outlets for phone charger by bed were inoperative, and the towel tissue kept falling of the tissue holder because it was broken. We report this... towels were given but nothing else was corrected.
