Nice and friendly staff

Room was nice and clean, but what pleased me the most was front desk staff especially Vesna who was so nice, professional and friendly and gave me a lot of pointers about surrounding area. She is real asset to this establishment.

WiFi signal on 5th floor was really weak, but I believe hotel will fix that

A booking disaster and "service", expensive to rectify

Hotel is generally clean and in a good location. We were helped by Vesna initially, because the booking and payment we made through bookings.com was not received or honored by the hotel.

A most upsetting check-in. On arriving we were told that they did not have reservation or payment from booking.com and the hotel was booked out. Eventually Vesna managed to find a room but we had to pay again. booking.com refused to refund what we paid with non-existing “customer service”. Vesna refused to provide written confirmation that they did not have booking.com payment and reservation.

Amazing! If you need a place to stay in transit, or longer, do not hesitate to book this property!

The lady at the front desk 1/6th at 2pm was so welcoming and informative. The shuttle driver same day and the next was also excellent. They were both pleasant. Gave us good recommendations of where to eat; Lester’s Diner 10/10!!!! This stay was unplanned as we were traveling internationally and due to issues with the airline we missed our connection in FLL. Had to stay a night here, before continuing on our journey. This stay didn’t add to our distress. Beautiful, clean, bed super comfortable, breakfast great, shuttle on time. Thanks!!!!!

Booked due to our flight being cancelled back to Canada. Vensa on the front desk was exceptional with all the people trying to check in, deal with phones and other problems. She is a gem for sure. Breakfast was very good and lots of it.

Adequate for an overnight stay would hesitate to use the hotel again given other hotels in area.

The First Room they put us in the TV nor the AC worked. They moved us to a different room and the shower head leaked bare wires hanging out of AC and they charge 10 dollars a to park even though your stay there

Not impressed but ok for a 1 night stay.

Proximity to the airport but there were a lot of other hotels near that area as well. The shuttle service from the airport was good.

Hallways were outdated and dirty. Paint in our room was done very poorly. Obvious not a lot of attention was paid to cleaning after the last guest stayed. There were a pair of socks under the desk.

Great stay overall, the front receptionist and restocking laundry items needs some work.

The breakfast and location was great. Cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job.

The laundry rooms were not fully kept stocked. The soap dispenser took my money and didn't give me any soap. When I tried to tell the front desk, all he said was, "I know." Didn't help me get the soap or my money back. If he knew, why didn't he restock it or offer to help me?

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good and staff was super pleasant. Coffee was good as was selection of food items.Tables were clean and staff was there insuring everyone had what they needed.

Overall the stay was quiet and comfortable. This was the best HI Experience I ever had!
