Front desk clerk was dismissive. Also, had to walk far from parking deck to hotel interest with luggage

Clean & comfy room - we booked because there was a shuttle to & from the airport. Everything was wonderful. We will stay again next time we are in the area. The pool on the roof looked awesome but we didn't have time to use it. Landed at midnight & had to leave by 7:00 am the next day. We loved that the shuttle was always there!

Did not have time to explore the property so cannot comment
Shuttle services are scam. They don’t have any empathy for people coming from far and have kids. The staff is rude and disrespectful. No water bottles or anything provided on arrival to start with. The water bottles are charged 3$ each after charging 300 dollars for the room. Breakfast is not included which is another downside. Overall 1 star property
