Some of the staff were good. Beds were comfy. Clean rooms

Upon check in they didn’t have our reservation until my husband came along to ask. Miraculously it was found. We booked a king got 2 queens. One staff sent more time outside vaping than being at the desk. The hotel is near absolutely nothing. I would not book here again. Will go closer to the port and spend more. You get what you pay for and sometimes less.

Check in and out were easy. Beds were comfortable

The staff was rude and disengaged. It was hard to get service. Room was booked for 4 but only provisioned for 2. Felt like I had to beg for additional towels and toiletries. The coffee maker was dirty and unusable. The worst feature in the room was by far the shower. The setup was ridiculous and the entire room was flooded every time the shower was turned on. Staff was unhelpful. It was disappointing

It began with a poor room, improved when I was moved, pool deck nice, breakfast poor.

I liked the room with the view to the east and access to wifi as well as they location and the pool deck.

Paid brekfast was a big disapointment with not healthy options, nothing really gluten free other than corn flakes. This could be significantly improved with made to order omelettes and healthy choices and GF breads and muffins.

The property was in a good location. A few restaurants nearby and not too far from the cruise port. It was clean as well. The room was clean, well kept and the beds were comfortable but very high. I had to use my suitcase to get up on the bed. It was a good location for going to the port for a cruise. We liked that they had a free airport shuttle. However, the port shuttle cost more than an Uber so we just got an Uber. Something to keep in mind. I would stay here again.

The restaurant was a mess, the man at the counter said there was only one cook and we’d have to wait at least an hour for a sandwich. Why isn’t it better staffed and managed? Disappointing for sure. Especially at the price we paid for the room. So we had to go out to find food. Not fun after a long day of travel. Either get it together or don’t advertise that you have a restaurant. That’s just bad management.

A close to the airport stay for 1 night before the cruise.

They weren’t ready for the onslaught of pre cruise guests. Waited to check in until 430. Could have had a few more towels. We had arrived at 246. We were on the 5th floor. The street noise at night kept waking us up. The bed was comfy. The pool looked dirty. Not much in the area to do. An old area with boarded up windows. We indeed to Hollywood beach to see the sights.

Nice Place for a Short Stay

I like the fact that it's centrally located and close to the airport. It's also close to some restaurants and the beach. I'm from south Florida and currently reside in Atlanta. So, this was a breath of fresh air being able to travel with ease throughout the cities. Customer service was great for 3 of the 4 days that I was there.

1. Parking not being able to accommodate more vehicles. I guess this is due to some visitors being able to leave their vehicles at the property for an extended time. 2. I didn't like that my neighbor had a dog who barked for 2 nights. I understood that the dog was in an unfamiliar place. But I think the dog owner(s) should have did a better job with making sure their baby was good and comfortable before a night on the town. The first night the dog started barking at 3:00am and kept me up to almost 5:00am. My last night there, the dog started barking at 10pm. This time I called the front desk. I was leaving too early the next morning and needed sleep. 3. When checking out the front desk person wasn't friendly at all. He just said drop the keycards in the slot and went back to looking at the computer. However, the previous front desk employees made up for his lack of customer service.

Great transportation from the airport and we purchased the transfers to our ship the next day. There were great restaurant options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. It was all perfect for a pre-cruise stay!

Absolutely nothing. this was a horrible stay and a waste of good money!!!!

The room I booked was a king size bed, but I was given a queen size bed. The hallway had a horrid stench. The front desk services were unprofessional. There was an African American at the front desk who I asked for fresh towels, who never lifted her head from her cell phones I had to ask will they be brought to my room? Again she still never took her eyes off of her phone but mumbled yes. Inside the room I heard every car, truck, motorcycle that passed by all day and all night. I liked nothing about my stay at this hotel, and as a rewards member I will never return and will share my thoughts and concerns with my friends, family and colleagues. Avoid this place as you would avoid contracting covid-19 in its earliest deadly stage.

Excellent location for a one night stay before a cruise. Easy to use their shuttle to get from airport to hotel. Very easy to book a shuttle to cruise ship once you arrive at hotel. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

Good location if a short stay.

Pool was great and so was the breakfast. Rooms were clean.

We called the free airport shuttle twice and was told 15 minutes. We waited an hour for the shuttle who didn’t show and had to pay $30 for an Uber to get to the hotel. When I complained I got a sorry and nothing else. They didn’t even offer something for money I spent for my Uber when the shuttle would be free.
