Never again and this place is destroying the Hyatt name

The room was clean and a nice size

The front desk attendant Margaret was the most rude indignant person I’ve ever met. I could not get a receipt for my purchase. When I asked how much total would be charged in total from items added to my room. She replied with Damn all this they didn’t tell you how much it was to stay here as if it was a bother to ask how much I was gonna be charged

The room was clean. Check in staff was kind and helpful the first day.

the pool area floor paint was peeling in big areas, the handle to get in the pool was broken, the pool was very cold and staff that was there would not turn it up. Staff refused to bring pool towels any of the times we were in the pool. We booked as 2 adults and 4 children but were refused any "extra" pillows or blankets. We weren't given clean towels even after asking multiple times. My husband ended up grabbing some from the laundry room himself so we could shower. After the first day we rarely saw anyone at front desk. Breakfast had several options but everything was often empty. One of the breakfast employees was amazing, so friendly so helpful. The other walked around with a ski mask covering his face all weekend cussing and tossing around dishes. My 9 year old wouldn't even go in if she could see him.

I was unable to check into my room at a decent time. I had to wait over 4hrs to get into a room leaving me and the kids I had with me to wait in the lobby while it was freezing cold, due to a housekeeper manager walking out during her shift causing so much chaos.

Not very clean, had to ask for towels every time we went to the pool, mold in the comforters, our room had items from previous family that stayed in the room we had, ran out of breakfast food both mornings we were there

I liked how close it was to the venue we were at.

We had to wait for a double room to get ready, the pool deck had chunks up paint chips on the floor, not enough towels at the pool. The breakfast wasn't good with no hot meat like sausage or bacon, the breakfast was upset that my husband didn't put the serving spoon back on the plate even though he got it from the egg pan. Shower curtain was dirty. There was a stain on the pull out couch that looked like blood and it felt very unclean. There wasn't a blanket for the pull out couch.

Comfortable, well-serviced hotel close to restaurants

Nice, efficient staff at reception desk. A large, comfortable and clean room, good for a multi-night stay. Location very good, with several good restaurants just a 5-10 min walk. Breakfast was decent, as well as the coffee!

Few real negatives, although my TV couldn't pivot for comfortable viewing in the sofa/lounge area. The A/C unit is very loud, I was glad to have earplugs. Price a bit high, but would go again given the above +'s.

When we got to our room there was long black hair on the floor in the bathroom, my wife is a blond, and a pair of dirty sox on the floor in the living area in the corner. It just made us question the rest of the cleaning process in the room.

Front desk staff unable to check in and check out in a timely fashion. Unable to run the machine. While checking out the staff member at the front desk told me the staff that checked me in don’t know how to do things properly. Made the sign of the cross and said lord help me. Also staff were taking away the breakfast food 15 minutes before breakfast ended and were also rude. House keepers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast food and options were good.

When we arrived my sons got there before me and the night clerk lied and said we didn’t have a reservation. They showed her the confirmation number and the lady preceded to say we didn’t book. I was on phone and told the lady I spoke with a young lady and she added my son as a traveler occupant so he could check in. This lady keep saying no his name not on there, AND they had no booking for us.. then the manager rude self tell my son he needs to go sit down.. hold up..sit down? You guys giving me BS and I need to sit down?? So my other son said, come on let’s go and I’m on phone with my confirmation number and try to cancel but CAN NOT. Now by this time I am there walk to counter and this old lady say “we have your information we didn’t want to give you the room because the two boys looked scary” 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I can’t believe my sons had to witness such ignorance

The shower pressure was great. That is the only positive. Honestly.

The staff was rude at check in (Rufus). The room smelled like weed upon entering. We checked in at 1am and were too exhausted to complain at the time. I thought the cost would be $300 for two nights and was charged $400 at check in. The carpet looked gross. The outer door did not require key entry. The shower was dirty. The pillowcases were old and worn. The lotion supplied appeared to be already used.

First My room wasn’t ready and and I got there at 4:30 second the dark skin African American tall girl at the front desk was super rude… like as if she hated her job . She had no empathy for the room not being ready . And I think she was high off something. I just ended up canceling my reservations and the girl was no help at all. The manager was in scrubs I think they were low staffed…. The manager was nice though .

The night receptionist was very rude. I didn’t get his name but he is a tall African American man with a tattoo on his right forearm. The hot water in my room kept running cold and there was only 2 of us in the room and the shower was cold half of the time. The light in my room didn’t work and when I asked to have another towel I was told no because I just arrived today. I arrived the day prior to me asking for more towels.
