The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options could be improved (more hot food options). They had spoiled milk one day (3 different cartons), but the staff promptly remedied this. We had a housekeeper walk-in the room the first morning we were there without checking to see if we were in there first (which was odd).
Pool was a bit chilly, even for the kids. Front desk staff was wonderful upon check-in (Chase).
Overall a nice stay.

Nice area, Friendly staff, I stayed for two weeks. During that time, the breakfast selection remained exactly the same. Perhaps I shouldn't set expectations too high for a hotel like this, but given the high quality of your staff, I know you are capable of doing better. I choose this hotel whenever I come to Michigan, this was my fourth stay.
