It was fine but the other holiday inn two miles away is better.

The person working check in when I got there that first night was incredible. That’s the highlight of my stay.

the room wasn’t up to standards. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut. the shower door slid completely open any time I tried to close it. The window had a draft and with the winds being as strong as they were, if the heat wasn’t blasting; it was cold in the room. There was a large stain on the blinds that looked like someone threw an entire greasy pizza at the window or something. Breakfast being $12 was also insane and I ordered doordash for the same price I would’ve paid for that.

Property was in a great location. Close to where we needed to be.

The front desk staff when we arrived was not welcoming at all. He was not rude just not engaged in the least bit. But what bothered me the most was the lack of cleanliness. The beds were clean but you can see the uncleanliness in the details. The shower was not fully clean, the bathroom walls had hair. You get a sense when you arrive that they are doing the bear minimum.

Nothing! Unless you like dirt and fur balls and never dusted!! The pool was dirt and that is why we stayed at this location, I have pictures of the dirt poop on walls and carpet!

We were there for 9 days and were looking forward to using a hot tub and unfortunately it was broken. The front desk staff notified us upon arrival. Would have still stayed at this amazing hotel but paid a bit more for that feature.

Breakfast was extra-which we paid for with our reservation. Food was low quality and almost cold. I’ve had better tasting and more selection for free from Choice hotels. Really bad Mother’s Day breakfast experience.

We were late to breakfast. Potatoes overcooked, sausage overdone, coffee gone. French toast sticks very hard.

The bathroom sink nozzle too close to the edge, could not rinse hands.The shower control very difficult to reach.

I reserved the hotel because they had a hot tub. It was broken. The pool was tiny. The breakfast we paid extra for was empty of food items. When refilled barely, the food was poorer in quality than any continental breakfast. They didn’t even have coffee for 45 minutes. It was overpriced for the poor quality of everything. And then the hot tub being broken and the horrible breakfast made it worse. They were understaffed. And the staff that was present came from another location and couldn’t help.

Room was disgusting, dirty bathroom, gross stained smelly shower curtain, bad water pressure, and who room smelled like mildew. The Window shades didn’t work, front desk people were not welcoming nice or warm. So all that, for a premium price per night? Not happy. I was coming back to hometown after 22 years, just for one night for a family funeral, Left feeling very disappointed, and grossed out.

Quality vs price. If the room was half what I paid, I could see being ok with it, but not for the that price. Dirty smelly rooms.

Nice room, competent and friendly staff.

The continental breakfast was substandard and on our last morning was unavailable. We were told the staff person who was responsible did not show up. No effort to offer an alternative was made. As this was included in the price of our stay, we were shocked no effort was made to offer a refund or credit.
