Last minute booking, fulfilled our need. Staff was helpful and professional! Breakfast was tasty!

Location was superb, breakfast buffet was tasty, room was roomy (although it did have an odor that wasn't necessarily terrible but wasn't great either. It was a musty like smell like maybe the carpet needed a deep clean or something).

As mentioned above, the room had an odor - not terrible, but not pleasant.

Very, very dated. There were stains on the sofa seat and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The carpets could use a cleaning, not just a vacuum. The AC was weird with old window units that didn't work great (2 bedroom room)

It served its purpose.

I liked having a separate bedroom from the grandkids. The front desk staff was very nice.

The breakfast staff was not terribly friendly and seemed annoyed both mornings we were there. The hanging rack in the closet had tons of grime and dust all over it. We also found a rolled up pair of panties in the room that did not belong to any of us!

Elevator was nasty , No staff for extra towels guest had to go to the front desk to get them . Only one person at the desk is what was communicated to us .Visible dog hair covered the cloth on the sofa, we asked for another room and the staff member said she couldn’t accommodate us .

Descent stay for a short term

Location and suite was good for our family’s needs.

Portable air conditioners were loud, pull out bed wasn’t comfortable AT ALL, dishwasher leaked the entire time we were there, building under construction, and one bathroom didn’t have body wash or shampoo refilled.

Staff was friendly. Location was nice. If the room was clean it would be perfect for a family with kids as there were seperate bedrooms and bathrooms.

It was filthy. The room didn't appear to be cleaned at all. We found clothes, stuff all over the couch. Air didnt work. Looked like it had never been vacuumed. I asked to switch rooms and the wonderful staff apologized and switched my room but it was worse and we ended up going back to the first room. Extremely disappointed.

The value for the room. Wish I had come sooner, I've paid twice as much for less. Also very pleased with the customer service. I stay in alot of hotels for work and this one is refreshing after all the bad customer service I do encounter. Thanks for making it more then pleasant.

Staff attitude and they do not care about the guests. No house keeping even on repeated requests and manager was very arrogant.

The fireplace didn't work, the furniture ( the couch and chair) was dirty. There was dust on the refrigerator and the window sill along with dead bugs in the window sill. Management had a bad attitude. Paint peeling old wall paper. Hotel needs to be updated

Great stay, amazing staff, would book again.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was great for my daughter, her two friends and myself. Adequate space and I was able to have my own room and they had their own space. It was comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t good. It was giving public school lunch. The waffles were prepackaged. The coffee was good though.

Notification of hidden fee for parking. $12.00 for parking. Have never paid for parking before. Was not told about this fee before booking. Will not stay at another Marriott hotel again and will not book at booking.com again. On entering room everything seemed alright except for the dirty dishes in the sink. Makes one wonder how clean is clean?

snake made me sick. won’t go back

physically very clean. remotes worked. no water drips or running toilets

says no smoking but our hallway was overrun with cigarette smoke. actually ruined our trip because it caused some health issues by the third night. shower head is so close to the wall that you have to stand on the pop up drain and try not to trip to get in the water which I had to duck down to use. Still using Covid breakfast and nothing fresh.
