Had a mix up when I checked in for some reason my name was registered backwards in the computer so the clerk couldn't find my reservation but they got it together quickly and got me checked in it was Booking. Com who had screwed up my name.

No balcony furniture (Room 307) - Really noisy when neighbour's shower running - bathroom extractor fan not working - but I still really liked the room - these are small issues that are easily remedied. There is work going on (big excavation for a building it seems) very close so balcony area was loud and dusty at times.

My daughter and her friends enjoyed her 13th birthday. The hotel was great. The staff was great. The food & pool were a plus. Definitely will stay again.

Great place to stay for a day while my house was being worked on. Staff was attentive and prompt. Room was very nice and clean. I liked that there were a lot of parking options. The facilities were well maintained.

The swimming pool area was somewhat dimly lit. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.

First time away from home

I enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the curtains that provided light and security from outside view. The pool was comfortable and isolated. I had the entire facility to myself.

I did not like how the bed pillows felt less plush and more like bean bags. I also had problems connecting with the wifi. The signal continued to connect and disconnect.

Larger room preferred. Would have preferred shower/tub combo. More noise control. TV in adjacent room too loud. Interfered with sleep. Unruly loud minors made stay unpleasant. Even after reporting situation to front desk, nothing changed.

I liked the location. The bed was comfortable. The ventilation was good. Easy check in process.

The King room was very small. The breakfast area did not open until 7 a.m, which was too late for me. No hot tub, like shown in pictures. The fitness room was very small. Balcony had empty beer cans and cigarettes left over from previous occupant. Front desk woman accused my son of breaking the elevator, throwing towels in the pool and running in the halls, etc. If he did it, he would've owned it. Would not stay there again. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very clean and that’s the biggest plus! Beds were very comfortable. Staff members were friendly!

The pool was absolutely freezing! Even the kids didn’t care about swimming in it again after the first time. That was disappointing. The pull out couch was terrible, as all you could feel/see were the springs.
