Had a very nice stay.

Not the best location for getting in and out of the parking lot. Horrible bathroom layout.

The bathroom we had in room 313 was a poor layout. The toilet was an older model that sat way too low and once you were seated, reaching the toilet paper roll was not easy. On top of that, the toilet seat was on crooked. Just an overall horrible layout for a bathroom.

We can always depend on the Hampton Inn to be what we expect it to be....comfortable and easy.

We like the breakfast and the rooms. No matter where we are, the Hampton Inn is the same so we always know what to expect.

Okay - but overpriced

I was able to book it last minute. The breakfast egg omlelets were very good.

It was under renovations, it took awhile to get someone at the front desk, they were not very considerate. The price was ridiculously high ( maybe price gouging due to inclement weather and power outages in the area?)

Good stay but a couple issues.

Breakfast area very clean. Selection was excellent. Coffee availability outstanding.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Doesn’t make for a pleasant experience when someone is finished and the odor Carry’s into the room that is not that big to begin with. The air conditioner unit made a constant annoying noise almost all night. Seems like when it clicked on in the Morning the noise went away.

The third shift staff was really nice. She was sympathetic and really tried to help me.

I sent a request via booking.com for a late check out, then I called at 12:58pm on the day of check in to ask for a late check out. When I arrived to the hotel later that day, no one had any record of my late check out request. When I arrived, I did the paid Wi-Fi as I was there for a work business meeting, which had to be conducted via the internet. The paid Wi-Fi kept having issues. All night, there was this insanely loud noise coming from the walls. When I finally called the front desk, they told me that I was in a room next to the electrical room and was hearing the hotel electric system. The sound was crazy enough that we ended up switching rooms at 2am. The following morning, as I started my team meetings via the Wi-Fi, the room next to us began undergoing construction. I tied to call the front desk, but the phone in my new room did not work. After going downstairs to the front desk and alerting them, they offered me a room on the front door to use for my next 1 hour meeting. Due to all the delays, I asked for a 2pm check out so that I could catch up on work. I was then informed the extra late check out will cost $50. The room itself only cost $150, now I’m being charged 1/3 of that price for an additional hour of late check out, after all the issues.

Super great deal on multiple rooms with expert staff, in a modern, safe location bordering the city!

The staff was OVERLY helpful in explaining best practices for booking multiple rooms and what hotel amenities were. They went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and safe. The coffee was pretty great quality, and was offered at night as well as for breakfast time, which is a plus when travelers get in a little later in the day.

The room style was modern and clean, however, not every outlet on the desks worked. Also, some of the furniture was showing slight marring and signs of wear. Not much, but it was noticeable on some of the wooden accents...

Exceptional

Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Nakia at the front desk helped me with several requests and did so professionally and pleasantly. The breakfast area was well stocked and the team went above and beyond to satisfy requests.

Booking.com was difficult to deal with. Due to illness, one room was not needed. Hotel did a late cancellation, no fee. Booking.com still hasn't confirmed the change.

in the morning when i opened the door there was something white towel mass was randomly put on in front of my door. after they are taken, i realized that they might be my white t-shirts that room cleaner mistakenly took from my room. but the front doesn't really try to find them.

I thought overall my experience was excellent.

I was surprised that room service was an extra cost. I know things are transitioning. This was my first travel in two years. The added cost was more than I anticipated. I think everyone would appreciate the information upfront. The internet is included in the room cost was also very helpful for me. It was a pleasant surprise.
