Staff was very nice!! Especially the young lady at the front desk! First impressions are everything and she welcomed us, told us where to eat at around the hotel and made sure I had decaf coffee sent to my room.!! Room was clean and nice! Bed was comfortable!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which really made the experience even better. The location was convenient and close to everything, and I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay

Understaffed hotel needs better management. Not up to Hyatt name standards. Breakfast was terrible, shortstaffed and no food. Tried going down twice , each time there was no food. I tried getting a partial refund from the hotel as one of the main reasons I pick Hyatt is for there good breakfast but they stated they could not provide a partial refund since I booked through 3rd party app. Very negative experience, next time I’ll stay at holiday inn.

The room was clean but cold. I had no complaints with the cleanliness, I thought they did a great job with that. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom is very small if you're a big guy/girl. I didn't have many interactions with the staff, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the room was very cold and the thermostat wouldn't go up past a certain point.

There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed - had to go down to front desk for them (no offer to deliver them to our room. No housekeeping at all over 4-day stay- had to go to front desk for toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee.

This place was just okay. Staff was really nice and friendly. The room was okay. Updating would be nice. The room heating unit is a piece of junk and has some type of white plastic strip stapled onto it to direct the air. It would also blow hot and cold and hot again. When it blew cold, I had to bundle up. Unfortunately I had to bundle up with towels from the bathroom because there were no extra blankets in the room and the “comforter” is so thin it didn’t really keep me warm. I’m sure updating the heating unit and buying Decent comforter couldn’t be too much to ask?

Room service was terrible. The buffet breakfast was terrible. I tried to get a blanket because it was cold and the Customer Service rep said that there was nobody working but him and that I would have to come downstairs and get it myself. The sofa was flat to the floor almost like I was sitting on the floor the back the carpet needed to be vacuumed. It was dirty no paper towel in the room. A terrible state would not recommend.

I was told my double bed room wasn’t available and I had to take a single and wasn’t compensated for the price difference. Also I was told to come at 1pm for early check in but then made to wait 2 and a half just to be given the lesser room.
