I’ve been here a couple times and I probably won’t come back due to the overuse of chlorine

Only thing I didn’t like is the overuse of Chlorine in the pool and hot tub, our eyes were burning after 10/15 minutes of being in the pool and hot tub

wanted enjoy pool and hot tub but it was filled with children and filthy for 3 days!!! horrible for the price to stay and not enjoy the amenities!!!!! Couldn't even get in hot tub!!! Dirty!!! Water was over foggy!!!

chose hotel for price and amenities for myself on vacation. kids stayed in pool and hot tub from am till pm. everyday. don't mind parties but be respectful to others that has comes to stay also and would like to enjoy. 😭 SAD!!!

My stay was pleasant and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was great. It was quiet throughout the property,and it was clean

The only issue I had was my room. I had a king size bed with sofa bed, and it was clean but it had this strong odor of moth balls. They offered to switch my room, but I declined because it was near my family’s room. They gave me some spray which helped a little but the ‘moth ball’ smell was in my clothes. They said whatever they cleaned the room with that was where the smell came from.

My CC was charged numerous times. Not only could the funds be put back on my card for 7-14 days I had to still find a way to pay for the next night... My CC was locked due my card being swiped by the front desk agent several times. There was no compassion. I was told I had an hour to clear the room if I didn't have the funds available at that time. I couldn't believe there was no way to resolve the matter another way... my family came and paid for that night for me. Things do happen however a little kindness and possible a little help could go a long way. I said I'd never stay there again. Love the place however anything could happen and there not open to helping people in emergency or matters beyond there control.

Our room was not cleaned. Other persons waste basket filled. Candy stepped on in the carpet, stains and wrapper throughout the room. We stayed the 1st night. We were told it would be cleaned. We got back to the hotel late Saturday night. The carpet was steam clean,where the candy was stepped on but garbage still there and carpet still not vacuum or picked up. Disgusting- we went home! P.s ,I went down a one way street because there was no sign at reenter to your parking lot , it was a one way! We could have been killed!

The Hampton Inn is located close to the places we visited during our stay in the area.

Breakfast was very good and up to the standard we have come to expect at Hampton Inns. The room was excellent, especially the large walk-in shower. Everything in the room worked as expected and the bed, and bedding, were especially comfortable.

We had checking in problems at desk even though we had booked on line. Desk chair in room looked like someone has urinated on it. They did replace it right away. The next day they had given our room to another party and they entered our room. Surprise!! Desk said that we were a no show even though we had a stayed one night already. Then our keys wouldnt work after we went out because it had been given to another party. I called and talked to a manager when we arrived home. She was checking into it. Never received a call back We do a fair amount of travel and never had someone enter our room!!!
