Clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast

Friendly, patient lady checking us in. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very quiet - no noise from neighbours or from the hallway. Well-stocked breakfast and coffee bar with a friendly, attentive lady clearing our plates.

Everything was great!! The only problem we has was the tolit in our room kept running which was annoying.

Room was clean and everyone was nice.

Front desk attendant was very pleasant. The room was very clean. Breakfast staff was attentive.

Staff was wonderful as was the room...our new favorite!!

It was very clean and well kept

We reserved a king room and were given a queen room. I even asked upon check in to confirm we were getting a king room and I was told yes. There was a gap in the blind so a light was shining into our room all night long. There was no remote for the TV in the room. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was a queen until after I was ready for bed so upon check out I mentioned it to the desk staff. He said that he would have the manager call me about these issues but I never received a call. Not typical for a Hampton so this is very disappointing!

Carpet is quite dirty throughout the hotel but otherwise a classic Hampton Inn stay.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable as they listen to your comments and request. We arrived late for our reservation but still was able to use it. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms were clean, but the rooms are a bit small. If we had an occasion to be back in the area, this Hampton Inn would definitely be in the list of hotels to stay at.

Food only ok. Staff very friendly. Room was dated in some respects. Bathroom looked updated but no exhaust fan and low toilet. Need bedside drawers. Tv too complicated and when you change the volume it yells at you the new volume level so you miss the dialogue.

Pillows useless/ Loud Air Conditioning that wouldn’t shut off, Nylon Blanket that wouldn’t stay on bed, Very very loud. Felt like people were trying to get I. Because the walls and doors paper thin. No help from staff due to it being an Expedia reservation when asked for better pillows and heavy blankets. Never book this way again. I had paid in full and they would have refunded my entire stay had it not been booked through Expedia. Never again

The first room I was checked into smelled like cat urnine SO BAD... the second room had raw sewage in the carpet... avoid at all costs!!!

Clean, quiet and easy to get to

Oh, what a stay to remember—from 8/20 to 8/24, we had the pleasure of experiencing hospitality at its most... interpretive. The staff greeted us with such warmth that they even let us check in early. That brief moment of competence? Easily the highlight of our visit. From there, it was a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. The staff was so friendly, they must’ve thought we’d enjoy a more “natural” experience—no towels, no trash pickup, and certainly no cleaning, despite our repeated requests. They even had a charming little sign promising cleaning every other day. Adorable! Four days later, still nothing. I guess they meant “every other day in an alternate universe.” And the hot water situation? Oh, just a minor detail—who needs it for over 24 hours, right? Cold showers build character. In summary, if you're looking for a place that redefines the meaning of “worst hotel stay ever,” look no further. Five stars—for effort in disappointment.

There was no hot water for over a day. No communication with guests. No posting of information. There seemed to be little concern and certainly no alternatives offered. During my three-night visit I had no cleaning service. Zero. The breakfast was “hit or miss”. Found two yogurts in the frig one morning. Another morning there were a few yogurts lying on the counter among spilled juice. Disposables filled the trash bins —paper goods, plastic “cutlery”, coffee cups… This is a blemish on the Hilton name!

Soap dispenser in Shower was empty, the water heater didnt work ( cold shower ) and the fire alarm etc off at1:40 am for about 15- 20 mins. w/ no explanation. windows dont open in rooms = no fresh air or escape if fire were to actually happen. No drinking water provided in room at all.

A fire alarm went off at 2am and a pipe had burst outside our door. The hallway flooded and leaked into our room. We were able to switch rooms where our carpet beneath the AC unit was soaked and were told by the employee at the front desk that this was normal. It obviously happened often as the room smelled like mildew. There was no hot water. No apologies or accommodations were provided despite this terrible stay. We cut our visit short and went to a different hotel.

Check in was great! Brett greeted me with a smile and I was checked in quickly. When we got to the room it smelled and immediately upon inspection, there were like, juice stains on the mirror. Which made me feel like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. We went to get some lunch, came back, and there was a centipede crawling in the bathroom. Our second day, we asked for more towels and were told there weren’t any, they gave us pool towels. We just never felt like the room was clean, we kept seeing bugs, little ones, centipedes, no ants. But still, it just didn’t seem like there was any pride in cleaning. Also, there was no physical remote. You can share your room key, but it doesn’t allow the remote feature to be shared. So my boyfriend was having to constantly ask me to change the station or turn up the volume. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was nice....just not sure why the elevator is so far away from front doors

The room was comfortable and just the right size. The bathroom still had hair in it from the last person so that was less than stellar. The desk clerk was super friendly and gave me a couple of bottles of water when I checked in. The location to stores and families was great. The breakfast wasn't so great though.
