Good location and comfortable room.
Started with a room smelling like cigarette smoke, Hospitality hour started late with low standard for snacks (broccoli and carrots, chips and salsa), was running out of drink supplies. Our request for room supplies went unfulfilled until we went to get them after midnight. Again E Suites sets a high standard but not this one.

I liked the location being out of the way from other things, felt like a very safe area. The lobby was large
The elevators were extremely slow between a 3-6 minute wait every time you needed to get on. The lobby was freezing and in order to get to and from the pool from every room you needed to go through the lobby. We had a lot of issues with housekeeping, we had no toilet paper upon check in and one single towel in a king suit booked for 4 people and had to return every day to the front desk to get towels for showers . The pool never had any towels. We constantly had to go to the front desk to get our keys reactivated everyday even keeping them away from electronics. We booked a room with a balcony and the inside of the door and the adjacent flooring was frozen with large amounts of ice.

I loved everything about this place. Very friendly at the front desk. Beautiful place. Outstanding rooms. Great Location.
How small the pool was for the size of the building. How all the kids were able to roam the hallways and knock on doors at all hours of the day and night. No one monitored the number of people in the pool or hot tub. There was not much monitoring with the number of people there.. In their defense, there were a lot of events this particular weekend.

Worse hotel experience I ever had. As soon as I walk in the hotel, I saw large groups of kids running wild playing on the elevators to where you could not even get on them. Staff seem to be doing nothing about it. They ran the halls screaming literally the whole night. I called to make a complaint at about two in the morning after confronting the kids on my own. Nothing happened and I was offered nothing by management I didn’t even sleep due to the noise

The staff was AMAZING. The 2nd room we were assigned was cleaner than the 1st. The bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was so quiet! We loved that. The pool and hottub were amazing - we REALLY love that there's designated times for adults only. Breakfast was amazing. This is a gem, it just needs a bit of TLC and ongoing upkeep. Cheers
Upon 1st arrival and check into our room - it was a disaster. There was candy (think rock candy or nerds or smashed jolly ranchers) EVERYWHERE - stuck to the carpet, bottom of the trash cans, on the night tables too. Nothing had been cleaned. The bed was sorta made, but, there was food crumbles in between the sheets. Bright red soda Stains on the floor of the bedroom, yuck. I had my sister traveling with us and intended for her to sleep on the pull out couch, but, there was - again - food in the bed and there were vitamins and pills on the floor/near the couch. Ultra nasty. Luckily, they switched our room immediately. The 2nd room was cleaner but, my goodness- the carpet is really trashed throughout the entire hotel. Please work on the cleanliness factor; AGAIN, this hotel is a gem, it just needs a bit of TLC and ongoing upkeep. Cheers

Good options for every taste
I called several times to confirm reservation and no on answered the phone. Missing little things in room: shower gel and coffee cups. One of the three elevators was out of service.
My associates had prepaid reservations for the same night and their request room was not met. Rooms were not ready and the wrong room was giving without enough beds.

Bar tender was nice, food was mediocre. Other than that Absolutely nothing. The place was horrible
Everything. Unopened pool (that was the whole reason to visit on New Year’s Day). Was told to stay in room after 10 couldn’t even take kids to lobby or walk around with them (of so we would be told to leave). Staff was beyond rude & they have a ridiculous rule that everyone must by 14 yrs or older to be alone out of the room (which is ridiculous considering an 8-9 year old are more than capable of visiting an ice machine or getting a snack.

Breakfast was terrible. Omelette guy wasn’t good. They were rationing the bacon. The pillows were too soft. My husband ended up with a headache. The selection at the manager’s reception was limited and the things the listing said we could get the bartender didn’t have or couldn’t make.

Convenient location, nice breakfast
Upon arrival, room was not clean, carpet was old and stained, bar area had only one drinking glass, room was out of toilet paper, microwave carousel was sitting on top of the bar area (required assembly), refrigerator was warm (had to call maintenance to fix), and entry keys stopped working after one day of our 3 day stay.

I didn’t like that I was charged for the pool area, didn’t like that guests were in the pool with outside clothes, I didn’t like that everyone did not have on wristbands, I didn’t like that my heat went out twice, and lastly I didn’t like how dirty the sink was.

The only thing I liked was the convenient location next to Dave & Buster’s, where my son celebrated his 12th birthday.
The sofa bed was out of order, the elevators barely worked, the room was poorly maintained, and there was a dirty diaper left outside our door. Overall, it was not worth the price.

Pool was in shambles, elevator broken, and our room while relatively clean still had “band aid” fixes and dirty spots all over. Plus the balcony looked over the trash area in back.

We go to this property year after year for special occasions with my family. This year we felt it was a different experience.
One elevator was down two others worked, but they are extremely slow with an overcrowded hotel. It makes getting around easy a lot more difficult. I think the hotel did the best they could with the staff and the amount of people that were there. Overall, the staff did a fantastic job to accommodate

Well when I asked if my breakfast voucher could be extended because I had to check out before breakfast began I was flat out told no and I don’t think that was fair especially if I had paid for it. And for the price I think the hotel is a bit dated. Also too I believe the front desk lady that checked me in means well but her welcome was not pleasant at all.

Took way too long and the oj was bad and made me puke
My room was dirty. A dirty hand towel with makeup was folded up and on the counter. Dried up contacts on the bathroom floor. Trash left on the dining chairs in our room. The room was 80 degrees when we walked in. The fold out bed was sooo uncomfortable my 11 year old couldn’t sleep on it. The pool was very cloudy and the hot tub was really foamy and the kids were crazy and hurting people.

The blackout curtains, the view in the room. The size of the room. The pool was different and good height for kids and average sized adults. The couch was comfortable.
The elevators need a complete overhaul or replacement, updating isn't working any longer. The breakfast could use a way to warm up your breads and bagels. They could use verity of milks not just full fat milk. You could use some bacon, biscuits and gravy at the hot breakfast bar. The floors were extremely sticky on the tiles maybe get a jet wet mop for those floors. The bedding smelled damp or like they had sat in a tote for too long, the pillows are warn down and could be replaced. The bed you could feel dents from previous sleepers over time, not the most comfortable. The bathroom could use more than 2 adult sized towels especially when their are more than 2 people staying.

The breakfast was quite nice. The room was decent. Definitely not as pretty as the pictures. They could use a hotel update. Only one of our tvs had a full picture, the other was missing part of the image. We had a king suite that had a sitting area so 2 tvs were present.
Handicapped so I couldn’t take the stairs and there was only 1 elevator in use and it was the slowest elevator I’ve ever found. . There was not enough handicap parking near the main entrance. Walls were a bit thin so sound was an issue early on.
Staff need to inform parents that when you get to your room that children should not play with the adjoining room door. Not everyone has kids and would like our peace and quiet. Leave the door alone.

The staff we interacted with did their best, were attentive and were very polite.
The system was completely down when we arrived so getting checked in after a long day of traveling was chaotic. The hotel itself just appeared to be out dated and unkept from the lobby to to our room, desperately needing swept. Our suite floors were dirty and it smelled like smoke.. Our bathroom had makeup stains all over the walls, had dirty tissues on the floor and the tub and toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. In the morning we went down to breakfast and they were out of clean plates and forks so we had to wait awhile before we could even make our plates. We were ultimately disappointed as we paid over $300 for just one night and very much had a motel experience. We left in the morning and went to another hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I am Asian and I have been traveling with my husband. Staying in a hotel is a gamble. There are staff who don't smile unless it's their own Color. Treated other races differently from others.
The front desk her name is Casey checked us in. She's lukewarm in giving us instructions. Our room is a little bit older but we love how spacious it is and how clean( ❤️)
We were hungry so we went to the front desk to see if there were restaurants around, or closer.
She was checking in and talking PLEASANTLY with the customer. ( which she never did to me or my husband)
I stood and I barged in asking her( yes my fault) like Hi 👋 before I finished she looked at me with a stern look and said " please don't do that, don't do that? So I said me? She said yes, YOU. (I was reprimanded by my Boss or a teacher. Oops embarrassed as can be and humiliated at the same time I felt like running away and crying.) I told myself Is this a HOTEL? No one should humiliate me or embarrass me in front of others. Understand I was out of line or timing?
Just stood there and took a punishment till she was done. ( Be kind and courteous, respectful when you are in front of or dealing with customers. I am not a beggar or a non-paying person)
Dealing with customers takes a great deal and effort. (Please next time don't scold your paying customers like a child who cuts in ) You could always say, Just a minute I will be with you.
I am hoping to so whoever reads my messages will make an effort not to do the same treatment to others.
Understand that we customers are not the same. My question do you want to be treated kindly when you are in an establishment where you are a paying customer? Especially a Hotel? Answered that for yourself. God Bless 🙌

A room was big and I like the separation between the living room and bedroom.
It seemed a little rundown and not well maintained. The pool could use some updating and cleaning and it was freezing. Was excited for the breakfast buffet, but nothing ended up looking very yummy so I didn’t eat anything. Sausages were undercooked, bacon was raw and un edible. We had a room right by the expressway when it looked like there were tons and tons of other rooms available. My children had a hard time sleeping because of all of the noise.

Hot tub was warm and pool was a good temp.
First upon arriving our room door was wedged open so to the door way or the door itself was warped and wouldn’t close without force. Inside the room was an old couch with the foam coming out one of the cushons. Half a roll of toilet paper and a crack in the ceiling. Not to mention the AC was a piece of junk. The first night in the hot tub you could seen skin flakes in the bubbles and last but not least our remote to the tv had one batter and the back was missing.

The beds.
Everything, first we were at the pool with our family. There were about 10 kids in the pool area without adults and they were being super rude, they were jumping in the hot tub while we were in there, they were purposely splashing the families with babies and making them stay on the steps of the pool, I complained and the front desk third shifter came and told them to be respectful and that was it. Nothing was done the same bullcrap continued. Second we went down for breakfast… NO clean plates, no potatoes, no eggs, no pancakes while the workers all stood around, kids pushing people, I lt was one of the worst experiences. This hotel does nothing to keep their other guest happy. Multiple people were complaining with us. We couldn’t get a late check out because “there were too many” same bad kids pulled the alarm while we were there. They broke the elevator and got stuck in it due to jumping around. Nothing was being done and front desk had nothing to say.

Bacon was burnt potatoes were ok but my children didn’t complain about it so it’s cool
The pool was over the capacity I never got to use it and that’s what we came for. So renting the room was an epic fail. The whole purpose was to swim. You have cameras in there so I’m sure you all saw it. I’m surprised the fire marshals weren’t called.
