The staff made us feel comfortable and cared for - highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling with my mother who is wheelchair bound. Staff was very accommodating, understanding, and kind. Amy, in particular, went above and beyond to arrange to keep us in the same room and provide a (surprisingly VERY comfortable!!) cot when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly.

The roll-in shower was SUCH a nice surprise- the only challenge is that there is nothing to stop the water from spreading out into the floor. I've sometimes seen this addressed with flexible rubber stripping at the edge of the shower. We used a LOT of towels to get the floor dry after showers so it didn't cause a slip hazard.

Great value, incredible staff, close to the highway for easy access to traveling- it was great!

Breakfast was solid. The biscuits and gravy was actually my favorite. Wish there was more fresh fruit though. The staff handling breakfast were incredibly patient with a large group of kids that was there being kids!

There was nothing really that I would’ve changed but the group of kids running up and down the hall playing ding dong ditch was a little annoying but nothing serious

the location was perfect and price reasonable. Lobby and rooms were nice and beautiful.

BEDBUGS..... My daughter and I spent the night and came home, the next day, to have bug bites all over one side of our bodies. I checked between the sheets at the bottom but not the mattresses, themselves. Never had bedbug bites and went to Doc and was told that's what they were.. NOT HAPPY !!!!

Very disappointed in the front desk agent at this Holiday Inn Express location

I loved the location of the hotel and the accessibility. The lobby was nice and inviting and the room was spacious with a lot of intentional seating and storage for gues(to he a room and not a suite) Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was hot and fresh.

The check in staff was not accommodating to my reservation. He could see my confirmation on my email but refused to honor it until he spoke with a Booking representative for over an hour, causing me to miss most of the funeral service I was in town for. He actually made me feel like he was doing me a favor by honoring my reservation. The room (bathroom) was dirty on the floor as was the carpet. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was made to feel like I wasn't welcome at that hotel. Also, the main lights witch controlled all the lights in the room. You couldn't only use the bedside lamps, they all had to be on.

April 20, 2025: Looking into my bank account, I just realize, that the two rooms I booked are charged twice!! At the hotel April 18, 2025. Booking .com Confirmation number: 4759266379, Feb 08, 2025. Mike Miller paid his room with his own credit card, coordinates unknown to me. I expect clarification, review and immediate advise/information regarding the refund to be taken care of. Even at this moment, April 23, 2025, 5:45 PM EST, I still have a run-a-round collecting my money. No refund to date. Why not? Absolute POOR !!!!!

The front desk attendant was very sweet, very friendly, and very welcoming.

The carpets were stained, there was a lint roller with hair all over it left next to the coffee pot. It did not feel clean at all.

A little on the pricey side for me, but it’s exceeded my expectations!

It was well decorated, comfortable, the built in dove soap dispensers were my favorite part since I usually travel with a dive bar of soap, everything was well stocked, the showers were spacious and had great pressure. Also there was the cozy bed, and the countless usb ports, light options, and outlets in the room, staff was fantastic too!

The one way road ahead made it a little difficult to navigate west for the shopping center full of restaurants. The chair and mini table in the corner was a bit wobbly and definitely needs to be tightened up. Other than that, awesome facilities!

A nice hotel to stay at when going to an event downtown and wanting to be closer to traveling back to the west side of M

The staff was friendly, the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. There was. a good place to grab a pizza across the highway from the hotel. The breakfast was decent.

A bottle of water was $6 so we went 1 mile down the road to a gas station and got drinks to go with our pizza. We arrived late after going to a concert at Ford Field so we were parched and hungry.

Spacious and good location - just off the hwy. Had an airy feel to it. Check-in staff was nice.

Breakfast was basic, needed a bit more variety/fruits. AC needed cleaning as there was an accumulation of dust in the vents.
