Very budget hotel

Shower rods broken and hanging shower curtain falling down, holes in the bathroom walls, toilet for tots, not enough covers restaurant was across the street and we walked in on a police situation with guns drawn.

It was a fair location from the airport and has a good amount of places to eat around.

This property was affordable but you definitely only get what you pay for. Upon entry I noticed it was out dated but that wasn’t the worst part about this establishment. We were told that the elevator was out of service at the moment, it was out of service the duration of our stay (4 days). Getting into the room, noticed that the pillows were super small had to ask for two more. The mattress was lumpy and the sheets were stained, (leaving out I noticed a housekeeper sitting in the bed of a room they were cleaning that probably explains why) the ceiling in the bathroom was old and dirty, and the bathtub made an obnoxious squeaking noise when standing in the middle of the shower. On top of that, the bathroom itself was extremely small, like the size of a closet. The tv was very old, I brought a fire stick to use, and it wasn’t compatible because the tv was too old. The AC would not stay cold, and the room was always uncomfortably warm. I could go on and on, but overall this stay was uncomfortable and I would only recommend if you are just looking for somewhere to just lay your head, not for a comfortable stay.

Miserable experience.

Close to DTW airport, has a free shuttle.

Old, shabby, dingy hotel. AS OF MY STAY ON 11/10/2025 THERE WAS NO OPERATING ELEVATOR, nor, according to staff when I checked out in the morning, had it been operational for several weeks. This was not disclosed to me on check in, nor did the desk clerk tell me at any time. After I had paid for the room I had to discover when I read the sign posted on the elevator. No assistance was offered, no offer of a ground floor room was made, and when I expressed some frustration, the desk clerk responded that “she was not really interested in my opinion”. At NO time was any “sorry for the inconvenience” type of comment made to me. Although in good physical condition, I was a 72 year old woman traveling alone. Dragging two bags up the stairs @10PM after a difficult day of air travel chaos during the peak of the US Govt shutdown placed me at considerable physical risk of injury from a fall. AVOID THIS HOTEL, at least until they replace/fix the elevator unless you want a ground floor room. Also, the “pantry” in the lobby where these quick stay type hotels sell microwaveable food and snacks, had an empty cooler and shelves. Bring your out Hot Pickets and chips!

The pillows are way too small! I read this in the reviews and completely agree that this needs to be changed. They are the same size or smaller of throw pillows that you place on your couch….weird and not comfortable!

Good no-frills option for pre-flight stay.

The room is adequate -- just what you'd expect from an inexpensive airport hotel to crash in before an early flight. The shuttle to/from the airport was easy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Laundry room was a life saver.

Overall Good

The staff is always great here. They're always pleasant and helpful. They even gave me early check-in. The property and rooms are fairly clean. WiFi works great. Location is peaceful. They offer timely shuttle service to and from the airport.

My room was pretty old and dusty. Also, it smelled damp. Curtains were broken. Not much options in the breakfast. This was my second time here. The first time I went, I had a newer and cleaner room.

The air conditioner did not work. The room temperature was about 37 degrees warmer than the hallway. The front desk told us it was the best it could do. If we propped open the door… the air from hallway would cool it down. But not to a temperature where air c conditioning is working co condition

I expect more from an American hotel, no matter the price

I liked the location near to the airport. The price was pretty good.

The hotel was shabby and musty. I got in at around 8:00 and took a taxi from the airport. I was hungry, and the hotel had absolutely no amenities-- no restaurant, no mini bar, no coffee... And it was not near anything. There was nothing to do, nothing to eat, nothing. The room was ok, i suppose. Nothing special. I was supposed to stay there two nights, but I changed to the Sheraton instead.
