Pleasant environment and facility, but uncomfortable bed

Every thing was nice. Staff was professional and friendly. Room was very clean.

The ONLY complaint I have about this stay was the mattress...It is old and I could feel and hear the springs or coils inside of it, every time I moved or changed positions in the bed.

What’s the point of a reservation, if it won’t be honored when you arrive.

I like the location of the property and the peace of mind, and comfort that comes with being taken care of at a Marriott location. Unfortunately that didn’t happen for my family this time.

I didn’t like that my family of 2 adults along with a 2 and 3 year old toddlers were not able to get a room we had reserved via booking. We reserved a room with 2 beds to only get to the hotel and be told they only have 1 king bed available. Such a disappointment. We were forced to find other accommodation elsewhere.

Everything was great for me and my wife couldn't ask for anything better. Staff was terrific deserves a raise for everything they do and very respectful.

My food was wrong took longer than usual to get my food due to short hand on staff.

Great location and access to the airport. WIFI connection is bad

Location is quite convenient for people travel from and to the DTW metro airport. Hotel shuttle is available. Room layout is nice, TV screen is big, carpet is nice, with no funny smell.

in-room cleaning has room for improvement. I can still see stains in the toilet which was a big turn off. WIFI connection was horrible, really bad. Not very good value for the money I've paid. Service at the hotel restaurant is kinda of lukewarm. I was not very happy with the girl who served our table on the 16th, but out of respect and habit, I still left a 20% tip, but it was not very satisfactory.

I was disappointed paying over $500 for two nights with no accommodation at all.

I thought the staff was very friendly. The facility was nice looking.

No room service, no pool, no hot tub and when we went to order food they were extremely understaffed and food quality was poor. I thought the prices were very high as well. Unfortunately had no other choice of where to stay.
