Close to airport but is a bit rundown

Biggest plus was the proximity to the airport. Beds were comfortable too.

Overall, this location has a rundown feel to it and it didn't help that the stairways reeked of weed. If I were in the area again, I likely would look for a different option.

Nicely maintained property in a convenient location

Location was convenient. Entry way was very inviting. Staff greeted us well. Loved having a separate living area in addition to the bedroom

Shower was small. Noise from overhead flight traffic was loud but subsided over night. Started up again the morning. We knew were staying near the airport so that’s not a fault, just be ware

The staff was amazing! I would come back just to get a Fajita Chicken Omelet from Gary if I could. Another team member taught me how to say "He is Risen" in Greek! I absolutely loved the dynamic personalities, cleanliness, and the celebrity sightings within the hotel. A great time was had!

The (2) things that I weren't in favor of were things that were out of anyone's control, and that is the room layout and the bed. My teen sons slept on the rollaway sofa, while my husband and I slept in the bedroom connected to the bathroom. It was a persistent disturbance for the boys to have to enter the bedroom in the middle of the night; especially when the sleigh bed was very uncomfortable.

Pricy and bad service

Not clean. Staff not welcoming; no hairdryer in the room and I found out aftet my shower after long travelliy. I called front desk and was told the did not have any. The next morning I needed a shower cap, was not in the room. Called again the front drsk and was told I would have to come down to get one.

This was one of the best values and hotels I have stayed at in my 6 wweks in the USA, and we were very happy and comfort

Beautiful decor and artwork. Free happy hour drinks and snacks. Extremely friendly staff (and guests!) Nice, large room. Very clean. Comfortable beds. airconditioning worked well. Beautiful, extremely clean pool/jacuzzi/gym. Great location. Quiet. Nice lobby. Free parking. Good dining options. excellent hotel restaurant. Excellent breakfast with REAL plates and silverware separate this hotel from the pack (environmentally more friendly)

Some furniture in lobby needs updating (upholstery). Pool area patio needs updating soon (cracks). Recommended: go all in with environmentally friendly and cut out all paper/plastic cups/don’t overuse knapkins

Facility great but really let down by the lack of control over guest noise levels.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Tge facility was nice and room was clean.

During my stay there was a massive group of little league softball players and families. They were so disrespectful and unruly. Allowing their kids to run up and down hallways past midnight. I was shocked that the parents would allow it and disappointed staff didn’t intervene. made for a rough night sleep.

Disappointing

The staff was great and the layout of the rooms is why we chose this over other places to stay.

The rooms are extremely run down. The double bed barely fit two pillows (it seemed even smaller than a normal double bed). The layout of the room is fine, which is why we chose it. We wanted a separate area for after kids went to sleep, but the overall upkeep of the property didn’t match the price. It was the more expensive price in the area, and for a run down property… I expected better.
