Staff was courteous, but room was okay, at best. Floor hadn’t been swept well, sink didn’t drain, had to hold toilet handle for an exorbitant amount of time for it to flush, and bed pillows were small squares (we actually purchased our own pillows for use the second night of our stay).

Upon arrival at 1:30 am, we found the AC on full blast though it was 40 degrees outside. We switched it to heat, but that set off the fire alarm within 3 seconds. So we froze all night long. I told the front desk the next morning and she said she'd have maintenance look at it and bring some blankets, but they didn't. The staff member in the evening was very apologetic, gave me some blankets and tried to make it right. There was hot breakfast one morning and just stale bagels the next.

Parking complementary. Front desk clerk not friendly at check-in. We were told that there was "no breakfast attendant" at 8:25am on 10/19/25 and that breakfast items could not be refilled, even though breakfast was supposed to be available until 9am. Bathroom looked dirty. Room was very dark with only two lampsbrown color scheme. Not enough electrical outlets for convient charging of devices.

Shuttle took about 15 minutes to arrive. Check-in and check-out staff were great. Room smelled and felt muggy. My 3yo found a half eaten burger in the space between the headboard and bed as soon as we arrived. Water leaked everywhere from the shower. Breakfast was mediocre.

The linens and bathroom surfaces were clean. But the halls and spaces smelled like cigarette smoke, and the general feel of the hotel is old and worn. The airport shuttle was timely and dependable. It was difficult to find in the dark - the sign is not lit and there is no visible address.

The hotel was very good, the receptionist who attended me when I arrived at 7 pm had a bad face and bad attitude, it was unpleasant to talk to her, the hotel was in good condition and the bed was very comfortable

Check in was great. Chelsea was very helpful in locating us a quick place to eat as we arrived late. We were in room 309. The room had a very unpleasant odor near the vanity when you first walked in. It was late and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving ad we were only going to get 5 hours sleep.

Comfortable place to stay. Stayed twice this last week and it works for a short stay. I was out all day so it didn’t affect me but there was no water yesterday and today at about 10-11am as O was going out. Don’t know if it was a general area problem

Beware of purchasing drinks from their pantry as they sold me an well expired Coke and didn’t even apologized for it. The rooms are old, but the bed is comfy. Sadly, their walls are paper thin and I could hear everything on the rooms beside me. I was not able to sleep at all because of noisy neighbours and reception did not help at all.

First off, the staff is awesome. The hotel itself has some wear and could use a refresh, but if you don't mind a few rough edges, it is fine. I did opt to change rooms as the first room assigned had a lingering scent which was unappealing to me. Desk attendant was understanding and accommodated my room change request. Small workout center if you want to take advantage and it is close to the airport.

The hotel was clean, but a little old. The bathroom sink was on the outside with the toilet and bath in its own room. This was not too much of a problem. The hotel says there is a 24 hour shuttle, but be mindful that the drop off spot to the airport will require you to take the elevator up to the departure lounge. This is very inconvenient if you have more than one piece of luggage. The hotel did not inform me of where the drop off spot would be and I had to struggle with three pieces of luggage after the shuttle driver rudely told me to 'get out of his way' after dropping me off. Also, there is only one washer and dryer for the laundry services provided at the hotel. Overall the hotel is okay for a one night stay with maybe a carryon luggage, but is a bit is inconvenient if you're planning to stay longer. Also, if you have more than one piece of luggage, it's best to request an Uber to the airport.
