They check u out after u paid to stay broken elevator hotel

My room key didn't work when I left and returned to the hotel went to the front desk couldn't give me any explanation of what happened basically checked out in the system my luggage was rearranged someone had been in it on top of that the elevator wasn't working so I had to take the stairs with my suitcase this is totally unacceptable

The hotel was ok for a one night stay close to the airport but the whoole place was in pretty rough shape, room was smelly, pretty run down for a Radison.

Never been to a hotel where the cable wasn’t working, ask to get my room cleaned they didn’t, had to hunt down the guy at front desk for towels, bookings told me one price paid with credit card got there and the guy added 50 dollars to that for what I don’t know. Carpet dirty

Those people where not customer service oriented.

They lied about the free parking. When I discussed that with the clerk he said there was a charge. I was in person at the desk so I cancelled everything. The clerk refunded the parking expenses but not the room cost. I discovered after my vacation that I was charge for a room in which I didn’t use. I called the hotel but they were not cooperating. I called the BBB but they told me that that hotel wasn’t a member and that I should try and settle the issue with the hotel. The hotel wasn’t operative. I travel quite frequently, but I will never use this hotel again.

They are only looking for money and not customer service.

The proximity to the airport and expressway. Easy to find.

I booked this hotel solely for the restaurant on site as well as the pool facilities. Both were closed and not operating during my stay. I stayed for two nights and the elevators were in and out of order my whole stay. the walls to the rooms are paper thin, bed was very uncomfortable and needed replacing. It seemed very rickety and old. Upon arrival I noticed my room hadn’t been cleaned adequately—dirt and hair on the bathroom floor, in the sink and the bathtub. The worst part was seeing toenail clippings from a previous guest still in the trash can. I’m usually a repeat customer but I will never set foot in this hotel again.
