It was a super short stay and their cancellation policy was great. No fee if you had to cancel. There are many hotels

The daytime manager was very nice, and allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours after checkout. The airport shuttle is very reliable and runs for 24 hours. The shuttle drivers were very nice. It’s convenient for a short stay if you have a flight. They actually had decent coffee.

Badly in need of repair. The first room that was given us had an open window which was impossible to close, and it was winter. The next room had a broken sink faucet, so we had to use the tub faucet to brush our teeth and wash hands. The desk chair was absolutely filthy, spatters of dirt on the nightstand, and the drapes were very dirty.

I like how the bathroom was clean but my mattress was dirty room was clean and neat as well .

How the general manager accused me of leaving dirt on the sheets and i changed them as soon as i looked at the mattress.The manager kelly has gave me bare attitude everytime i ask a question a snappy response was given i was given a hard time to check in. And she even with held my deposit after i was told ill get it back i just couldn't rebook until i contacted her general manager via email. I emailed the general manager and no response i would never book here again.

Served its purpose for a convenient location, but a disappointing facility.

The location in comparison to the offsite airport parking in Detroit is very convenient. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly.

While you can see that the hotel is currently under renovations in the hallways, the rooms are in pretty desperate need to help. The dresser/tv stand in our room was falling a part, the television didn’t work (the batteries in the remote were rusted inside it), and overall the room just didn’t feel very fresh. The beds were also incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The room served its purpose for a stay before an early flight, so we did not request a room change or anything fixed in the room. However, if this was supposed to be a longer stay I would have complained or looked for other accommodations.

The beds were super comfy and convenient parking.

The deposit says $75 on booking.com but once you get here they tell you it’s $100 and have an attitude about it. The bathroom was half cleaned meaning there’s was still dirty spots. The tv remote doesn’t work to turn the tv on and the light switches did not work.

LOCATION!

Staff was rude until I asked to speak to her manager then her whole attitude changed. Room looked extremely old an was dirty. Hadn't been wiped down an floor was super sticky. Also the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was about to cave in. Wouldn't recommend.

I did not like it!

The first room someone left 💩 poop on the bathroom floor. It’s was stuff on the floor when you first walked in. The sheets was hanging on the floor. The second room the TV didn’t work. The window didn’t close. Didn’t even get to look in that room. The one I slept in I thought was far for the money until I woke up and seen two 🪳 roaches in the bathroom. They still haven’t gave me my deposit back.

Nothing at all, a nightmare.

Room not clean, fridge not clean, noisy next door guests with kids laming the doors.TV didn’t work appropriately. Staff Ok but wanted a deposit for a room that is already damaged or not working as it suppose too. Lack of lighting, lack of electrical outlets to plug phone, Ipad…etc. Very shady looking tenants. It is not a safe place especially for women I would not recommend. This hotel is under renovation and should not be renting out rooms that are not ready.

My teeny tiny room with a great staff

I love the staff I didn't get her name but the girl with the butterfly glasses I absolutely loved her and everybody else was very nice.

Room was way too small. Get rid of those huge bulky desk in that huge entertainment center there's no reason for none of that you can get way smaller ones. If it just has like a foot more of room it would have been perfect. I would have stayed the rest of my stay there which I extended two more days somewhere else with a bigger room. Not a good room for a family even of three. The tub wouldn't drain so I couldn't give my son a bath. The toilet kept getting stopped up. There was no phone. There was only one lamp in the room. No trash can. I would have definitely given a lower rating if it wasn't for the front desk clerks they definitely made the stay a lot easier and nicer
