I like the garden area that was in the middle of this hotel.. that was the only thing I liked.
- first lady i met as soon we enter and she was bout to leave for the day she was friendly. Another lady was standing near her but didn't look in good mood. And later on when I came down again to talk to her about rooms she wasn't even listening to my complete sentence and kept saying No, No, No to everything..felt like I was begging her but then we changed our mind and left back to the oom as it was already a tiring day and had no energy to deal with negativity. I know that lady came for her night shift and she didn't wanted to be there as she mentioned that to her another colleague.. I understand she must be tired from her day and probably also wanted to just go sleep but that was her shift to cover if she really hd problem then she should have discussed with the management instead of showing customers her not so good friendly face and making it hard for customers who coming to the hotel to rest not to get more stressed
