The staff was great and the location and shuttle service was super convenient for air travel

Bathrooms could use an update

Place was filthy. 1st room was covered with hair, got moved, and the second room was worse. Paint peeling off the walls, rust on the cloths rack, stains on the ironing board and sitting chair, burn holes in the furniture. I left after calling booking and went to a different hotel and I'm still waiting on my refund even after providing proof with pictures.

the shuttle to and from the airport was great. should be free but you have to pay extra for that. the price for the rooms were cheap and very affordable. located close to the airport and a few places to eat.

very worn down. some of the bathroom devices didn't work very well. not many blankets for the bed. nothing has been updated for quite some time. unfinished work in the rooms.

Hotel staff was above par. The location was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The work out room and lobby area were nice.

The facilities however need repair. The paint chipping above the bed on the ceiling was a problem. The air conditioning unit smelled musty and I cleaned it myself. The TV looked like snow because the reception on every channel was poor.

Old, dirty. Needs to be refurbished completely.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

We did get a security deposit when we got there although the booking site stated there was none but it was refunded days later. The breakfast selection was very skimp but other than that it was an ok stay

Too many drunks hanging around. Needs to be updated. Old and ran down. Definitely NOT smoke free. Disgusting cigarette and marijuana smell. Seemed more like a residential apartment instead of a hotel.

Convenient location, cheapest around.

The staff was awful, the rooms were dirty. The first night we had to move rooms due to roaches. There were also cigarette butts in the hallway, trash piled up everywhere, most of the furniture and fixtures (shower) were stained and broken. Dead bugs in the drawers. Then we had to extend our stay by a few more days (cost was a factor or we'd have left) and the front desk lady was absolutely awful. I asked for a receipt and she refused to provide one. She made me sign a paper with the charges and I asked for a copy and she said no, so I explained I just want a copy of whatever I had just signed as it's my signature and I have a right to read what I am signing, then she said too bad you should have read it when you had the chance. I said I didn't know I wouldn't get a copy or I'd have read it first. Then I asked if I could have it back for a minute and just take a picture of it with my phone and she said no and if I asked again she was calling the police. I asked why I couldn't have a copy and then she said I'm not getting a receipt and I'm not going to be staying there anymore because she wasn't in the mood so to get my things and leave although I had already paid for more days. Mind you I did not so much as raise my voice only asked for a receipt. Then a bystander in the lobby asked why she wouldn't give me a receipt and she told him to mind his own business and sprayed that guest with a chemical bottle. We have all of this on video and the cameras at the hotel as well. She needs to be fired and I want a full refund.
