Room (1) Mainly lukewarm water throughout the day. (2) The room phone didn’t work, which made calling the front desk about no hot water problematic. Lobby roof leak - we stayed at this hotel back in October. The roof leaked then as well. Neglected maintenance.

Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Also very outdated hotel. No parking for guests as they let people park there long term while they travel. Took me 40 minutes to find a parking spot and when asked hotel staff for suggestions on parking they said sorry but that’s normal for us not to have spots available and told me to keep circling around until someone leaves. After a long flight this was not okay. Will never stay there again.

This location was easily accessible to/from the airport. It would be nice if the shuttle ran a little more frequently than it currently does. The room was clean, but the noise from the heater was excessively loud, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and the staff have been great! They are friendly, professional and helpful. I will stay there again and would strongly recommend the hotel.

Two problems: 1. Our room had a musky tobacco smell. The staff were very helpful and moved us. 2. Our room was not serviced, my parents' room wasn't serviced, yet our daughter's room (next door) was serviced. This was most annoying - we returned to our room after a long day and really wanted to just crash - not be dealing with housekeeping. 3. Some parts of the room is tired and needs updating.

Pre paid for two adults for two days breakfast that was terrible, advertised Starbucks but found out it wasn’t available on the weekends, then tried again on Monday and only offered standard coffee. Very disappointed with the dining at this establishment.

The balcony was not outside but in an inclosed area, no microwave in room, complimentary breakfast cost $22 per person and was all frozen food and fake egg omelets. Pool and hottub area was too busy to join bc of limited space. Couldnt control temperature as ot stayed at 65 degrees but was never cool enough..high price for room and i wouldnt recommend.

I was fourth in line to check in but the single employee got to everyone with friendliness and efficiency. My room was as described and pictured. As far as cleanliness went, the sink hadn’t been cleaned before I checked in and contained dried coffee and a bunch of hair. The toilet and shower were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I ate at the restaurant/bar. Food was pretty good, but it gets very loud because the pool is in the same space and echos quite a bit.
