The best value that is close to airport, and it is convenient to arrival.

No slipper, no brush (brush teeth), 2 people living, the room only 1 bottle water, although we can buy another on the hotel, but it is kind of service.

Booked a room with 2 queens. Ended up with 2 doubles. Was stuck in a handicap room which provided zero counter space in bathroom and a shower that doesn’t accommodate tall people.

The bathroom floor was slippery, only 4 tissues, the dry blower needs to be cleaned, the reataurants menu should be more internarional an have more options

I liked the style of the facility but its too maze-like to navigate there needs more fancy signs. In addition, I paid 600 dollars for a hotel; a good hotel BTW. And my wifi was still not convenient, it should be free and easy to access. You need to add more value to justify the cost.

The Federalist is $20 at Meijer but you charged $75. And there is no year difference i paid for 2023. In addition the sliders were just too cheap looking for what I came here for. The fries were 10/10 though. Room service was good too. I enjoyed the staff it made it lively.

There's nothing better than the location of the Westin! You can practically roll out of bed and walk through airport security. The staff is topnotch. We always enjoy the restaurant.

Location at the airport. Beautiful hotel, great food and drinks!

Price was a bit high.

Perfect location for overnight layover. The room was clean and people at the front desk were all so nice, helping us out with the Destination Pass and other stuff to navigate the airport. The room overlooked airplanes but was surprisingly quiet.

Our room was one of the connecting rooms. We had no problem, but the wall was thin and we were worried about waking up the next door guest. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to make a request to avoid such a room or bring ear plugs.

For the reason I booked this location, I am disappointed.

I booked this hotel for a QUICK turnaround place to get 3-4 hours sleep, (arriving after midnight) be at the airport gate by 4am. This is the 3rd time this has happened, and I am told it is because I booked through booking.com My secretary knows I have a tight schedule. When I arrive, only when we book through Booking.com, I get the handicap room. I am by no means handicap and have no reasons g=for one to assume so, but they say that it is because the way this room is booked. I am lost. We are not asked this when booking, but for over $300 a night, I want a real room. The handicap has a bathtub and a hand held shower. NO sink space. A plastic bench. ALL I WANT IS A QUICK SHOWER and GO GET # hours of sleep. I am livid and argue with the front desk WHY? Each time. They say I can come and switch rooms, but to me that is 15-30 minutes of sleep (the only reason I am paying over $100 and hour to do so). Now I am wide awake and hot. I am a DELTA Diamond

Fantastic location if flying in the McNamara terminal. The room service meal was very good and service was fast.

Very Expensive. The exercise bikes in the fitness room were poor.

Rooms were too small and the restaurant was obnoxiously priced for really terrible food. This entire hotel is over priced and you gouge people that use it for its location. In the end it wasn’t worth it and we won’t stay again.

Easy all considering the cancelled flights issue and how late in the day it already was. However I was lucky to have gotten a room and the restaurant was still open and everyone was very accommodating.
