We have stayed many times and unfortunately this time some of the pillows were dirty with crusty snot. Disgusting!

They glass glasses were very dirty and I had to wash them. The room was freezing cold and had no heat. I had to call maintenance and they had to turn it on. They were not able to make key cards as the system was updating. They did, however, walk me to my room and did later deliver the key card to me in my room. The staff was very kind and courteous.

I dont even know where to begin, from the check in to the check out absolutely 5 stars, the whole experience was great. Such a super comfy bed with a bathroom that could be a center piece anywhere in the world. Very convenient if you are flying out from the airport the next day. 5 stars all around to all the staff, did i mention the yummy food??? Best wishes to everyone at this wonderful hotel.

We only stayed for one night convenient for our family to stay for a very early flight but very expensive. Staff at door was very unhelpful wouldn’t let us a use a luggage rolling rack unless he was pushing it and then of course we had to tip him. We had 7 people and it was a very long hallway to walk for check in. Based on the price I just expected a more exceptional experience this was a stay based on convenience only.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Check-in was a breeze. My husband needed a wheelchair to the airport and Omar was there at 6:45 am just as requested. Very smooth experience.

There was a tray of dried out food left under the sofa by a previous guest. One of the two drink glasses was missing, and there was trash left in the garbage can by a previous guest. So disappointed! I asked for Lysol and ensure the room was half-clean and received some discount bottle of disinfectant.

We checked into the Westin at the Detroit airport because we had several hours before our flight and needed a bit of rest. We had just dropped our son off at college and it was an emotional goodbye. I was teary-eyed and the woman who checked us in was an absolute angel. She said the sweetest words to cheer me.
