It was decent with the exception of the poor customer service during the night shift.

Close to the airport and free shuttle.

The unprofessional night shift clerk with the blonde color hair. She was rude and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. As I was attempting to retrieve my preferred method of payment she rudely with a a condescending attitude and voice tone asked “What are you going to do mamam?”

solid place to stay for an early AM flight from DTW

good stay if you are flying out early from DTW. very close to the airport and has a shuttle every 30 minutes. comfortable bed and quiet room, was able to sleep well. spacious as well.

i hate to spend a lot of money on a hotel near the airport, but this was the best deal i could find that had decent reviews. so the supply/demand dictated the high price.

Clean and quite rooms, value for money

We only stayed there for a night as we have super early morning flight but the staff ( Ms Cristina) was very kind, efficient and helpful. The property was clean and nice. We did had a small issue with the bathroom but it was quickly resolved. Over all, we would come back to this place if we do have to travel Via Detroit airport.

Very large room for our family. 2 big beds and a lounge area. Good shuttle service to the airport.

Convenient location to the airport. Friendly front desk staff.

The hotel is “tired” with a number of things out of order (the treadmills and stationary bike, a bathroom on the first floor). It is directly under a flight path so ask for a room on the first floor. The bed was sort of squishy. The breakfast was free but pretty simple.

Just fair if you’re looking for cheap.

Close to the airport and they provide something for breakfast. The staff were friendly.

The lobby smelled weird and was very hot. The room smelled even worse, like super funky and needed to be aired out. The AC unit was loud and clunky. The room did not seem the cleanest.

extremely satisfying.

Our flight was cancelled. We had no baggage with the exception of our carry-on luggage. We were very grateful for the proximity of very above average dining establishments so close to the Hotel. The check-in was extremely expeditious, the room was very, very nice as well as comfortable. The workout facilities were above adequate/ Most of all though, the staff were some of the most accommodating and friendly we encountered, and we were so grateful for the laundry facilities.

The only drawback was the shower was designed without a door and it leaked, and there was some equipment in the workout room that was in disrepair.
