    The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the receptionist was outside the hotel smoking and chatting with a friend while the front desk was unattended. We waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before realizing she was actually the staff member. During check-in, she asked us to sign a folded document that showed only the signature area. When I tried to read the rest of the document, she prevented me from unfolding it and said, "You won't find the price on the paper." I've already knew the price so I didn't get why she was mentioning that. It turned out to be a simple form with our arrival date and room details. I could not understand why I was not allowed to read it before signing. When I paid the security deposit, I asked for a receipt or proof of payment. The receptionist replied, "This is the United States. There is no receipt." As a frequent traveler, I found this response very surprising and unprofessional. What made the situation even worse was that another male guest standing behind us interrupted the conversation and said, "There will not be any proof. You paid and it's done." I found this interruption very rude. But the receptionist then thanked him aloud, kept chatting with him, and stopped addressing us entirely. Throughout the entire check-in process, we felt disrespected and unwelcome. These statements are direct quotations. I have not changed the wording. To be fair, the other young staff looked polite, and even the room keeper was helpful. But this lady was the biggest drawback of the hotel. The room itself was clean and reasonably priced, although the hotel is quite dated. The biggest issue was the extremely noisy air conditioner (like a giant generator beside your bed), which made it difficult to sleep. Turning it off was not an option because the room became stuffy and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was acceptable for the price, but the poor customer service significantly affected our stay.

    I stayed here for a single night and it was exactly what I needed. It is a solid, budget-friendly option if you just need a place to crash. The facilities are definitely basic, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the essentials (hot water and Wi-Fi) worked perfectly. Don't expect luxury amenities, but for a short, fuss-free stay that doesn't break the bank, it does the job perfectly. Would stay again for a quick layover

    Beds didn’t have proper sheets and the heat was extremely loud all bright. Hair around toilet.
