This was a last-minute booking because my mom‘s flight from Detroit to Hartford was canceled on Delta so I had to quickly book her a room to spend the night and then she could catch her flight in the morning back home. My mom‘s room look comfy and clean, and she was able to make her flight back home

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is a big disappointment. I paid extra for breakfast at the time of booking. Only to find out that eggs is not included in the prepaid breakfast, very strange rules for breakfast. We end up having breakfast elsewhere the first morning. The second morning only one of us wanted to have breakfast in the hotel and they still have the guts to charge me extra for breakfast although the other person did not have breakfast. They charge $USD 16 for two eggs and one piece of toast! Not a big deal but very cheap way to treat a guest. I am not staying there again

It wasn't conveyed anywhere about the fee for parking. It was completely affordable at $10/day but it would have been nice to know there was a fee. Perhaps I missed it on the Expedia website? The room was clean and I enjoyed the stay.

Staff was friendly however the room was very noisy as the AC/heating unit was very loud and even though the temperature was turned up, it did not stop running. Perhaps this is due to this being an older property/building. Elevator flooring and other areas could use some updating.

It was very noisy! People locking cars at all hours, constant flights, noisy air conditioner that starts and stops. In addition, the bar was closed. We just wanted a snack and a glass of wine and specifically chose this hotel because it had a bar and we couldn’t go offsite with no car. One more thing: $6 bottle of water? Really?
