Convient, reasonable price, great location. Nice to have breakfast & adjacent resturant.

Close to airport. Had to leave before the breakfast unfortunately. Wonderful staff, especially Taj at check in. Shuttle driver was very personable & helpful. 24/7 shuttle.

Needs repair! Cracked & peeling plaster in the room. No pulls on the blackout curtains. Mold under the soap dish in the tub. No plug for the tub to take a bath. People who leave for early flights would be nice to be able to have”to go” bags with say a muffin in it to take with us.

Lock on door didn’t work. Maintenance changed the battery and still didn’t work. Only one person at the front desk who spent most of her time on the phone. We were expected to remain in the room since we could not reopen the door if we left the room. Zero contact with the front desk.

Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and happy to wait on us.

They went step by step on using their long term parking which we didn’t know they offered until we arrived. We ate at your Tia restaurant . 5 stars for food And 5 for service.

Happy Clean and Friendly

Friendly and welcoming. I like that it doesn’t feel like a cookie-cutter chain place. It has personal touches, and hospitable feel. Bed was very plush and comfortable. Cute quiet courtyard. Good and clean room. Great for the price. Breakfast ends at 9 (check out 11)

The lobby has a VERY strong artificial airfreshener smell. Luckily the room did not. The shower draining is slow so the tub fills up a bit while showering. Everything else was clean and fine. Perfect for an airport rest.

It was very worn out. The bathroom probably had not been updated for 25 years. The walls were gross, ironing board was dirty, pillows were square insert type pillows.

The front desk staff told me the shuttle van schedule and the van did not arrive. When I called again, there was no apology. There was no attempt to send another shuttle even though the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Since it was 1 in the morning, it would have been more cordial to help me out and be gracious. When I spoke to the front desk about this at my arrival, he basically told me he was right and I was wrong. It made for a very unpleasant 6 hour lay over in Detroit.

Okay in a jam, not great if flight crews need housing due to inclimate weather.

The staff was working diligently to find us a room and were very apologetic about the overbooked situation due to inclimate weather.

We reserved the room months in advance and when we got there no room was ready for us. When the room did become ready, it was two doubles (or fulls), instead of the queen we reserved. We also realized there were two women traveling together as friends who were also waiting who would have been happy with the two doubles and could have taken the room that came available rather than waiting longer (their flight was canceled so they did not have a reservation). Seems like some more thought could have gone into that. There was no hot water at the sink and my husband had to shave using a cup to get hot water from the bathtub.

I wasted $250.00 on a hotel that should be nothing more than a truck stop motel.

They had a Bistro/Bar that opened in the evening and the fact that it’s less than 3 minutes from the airport.

It’s very dated. The lock on the door was falling off. I paid for early check in and the TV didn’t work and it to 4 hours to address it. I left the room at 11:00 in the morning and didn’t return until late evening and housekeeping never came to the room even to just pick up trash.

I arrived at night during a power outage due to heavy storms that day. I wasn't able to call the hotel for a free shuttle ride because the phones were out, so managed to get a ride to the hotel through another hotel shuttle service. The hotel was dark except for emergency lighting, and there was no internet service, hot water, air-conditioning, or even working electronic keys. Nonetheless the staff members were very accommodating and worked hard to make sure everyone got a room with as much available as possible. In fact, I requested a room change and they moved me to a better room on the first floor with at least one emergency light that worked, so I could see my way around the room. The next morning, the free hot breakfast was not available because we still didn't have power. One staff member kindly offered me free bottled coffee drinks, as well as snacks, from their small on-site store. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep well. I would like to return to this hotel at a normal time to see how things usually operate. I would say that the staff did a great job of making the best of a difficult situation, and making everyone feel like valued guests.

I wasn't happy with my first room on the first floor, which had windows that didn't seem to lock properly. My next room was much better window-wise. I liked the shower but wished that it had grab bars for safety. The bathroom floor when wet was slippery.

The value was exceptional plus free breakfast and very close to airport.

The hotel computer was down and the personnel were unable to check me in until it was repair, which took several hours.

Very nice breakfast - very friendly staff

I did point out some needed repairs for the room - clip was needed on a widow drape to keep light out of the room, some sort of small water leak in bathroom and the toilet paper holder needed some patching and re-painting. I figured these things would never get repaired if no one pointed out the repairs are needed. I am sort of surprised that the housekeeping supervisor hadn't reported the need for these repairs., but maybe such reporting isn't required - however, how else can management know what needs attention if the supervisor or a guest doesn't report the problems? The supervisors seems like the preferable choice to me.
