Staff was very nice. The microwave was a bit dusty as well as the shelf it sat on and sink was stopped up but maintenance came right away and unclogged it.

We arrived around 11:30 pm to check in. We walked past a lady outside smoking, thought it was a customer. We walked in with all of our luggage and waited at the front desk for someone to help us, after waiting for a few minutes, just standing there, the lady from outside smoking, walked in and said hello. Can I help you as if she never saw us walk in the first place. Hope the kids smell with cigarette smoke.. super unprofessional. She checked us in and proceeded to tell us our room was right down the hall. First floor, woken up by either Jets or trucks all night long. The breakfast here goes from 6 to 9 and I feel like nine is pretty early to stop serving breakfast. The ancient air conditioner/heater blue cold air on us all night. Our king size bed had four tiny worthless pillows. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice. Unfortunately had terrible night sleep. Sleep was disrupted by extremely loud heating system that ran all through the night due to freezing winter temperatures and super loud broken fridge that had to be unplugged in middle of night.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable but the water pressure is the shower was slightly above a trickle. We only needed to stay one night so not worth making a fuss over. Other than that, it was good for a quick stay.

I loved how close it was to the airport and major highways. It was close enough to get to Detroit in 20 minutes or less and my room was clean and cozy. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired. The French toast and pancakes were in a plastic case that did not keep heat at all. I don’t mind continental breakfast but I would love it to be properly warmed/heat maintained
