Good, solid place to stay when you need to go to DTW the next day.

The room was compact with the expected facilities (fridge, micro, coffee machine) but organized so that the room didn't feel cramped. They had an airport shuttle and the driver was very friendly even at 7am on one of the busiest travel days of the year. They included dispensers in the bathroom with lotion and hand soap as well as a bar of soap.

Very good place to stay and close to DTW

The breakfast offered a wide variety and it was so good. Even the eggs were NOT rubbery. Thank you!

I would have given a 10 rating for the room but the heater only blew cold air; I turned it up to 80 and still cold air when it was 35° outside. I take part of the blame for not calling the front desk bc I was already in bed clothes. The lady at the front desk was kind and apologetic the next morning.

Convenient Airport Stay

Large room with comfy beds, coffee station, and a complimentary water. Plus, a very convenient airport shuttle!

I had requested a late check out on my reservation, and was told to ask when I arrived. When I arrived I asked again, and was told to check in the morning. I checked in the morning, and was told 1 free hour, or pay for an entire night. If this is the policy, I should have been told immediately so I could make an informed decision. A staggered pay system for additional hours needed, would have been helpful.

Our stay here was exceptional and completely exceed the expectations of our entire family.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially Niayla at the front desk. She was super efficient and attentive to all of our needs. Her assistance was invaluable and made staying her so enjoyable. The coffee and tea service availability was enjoyed by myself and my grandson as well as all of the other amenities offered in your hotel. Beautiful put together with a high caliber of staff. Thank you so much.

What could have been better is outside of your control. My entire family regretted the decision to only stay here for the one night. We wished we would have chosen to commute for our gathering downtown rather than waste the nights stayed at another hotel closer to the event we were attending. We truly would have rather stayed with your hotel and in the future, this is what we will do. Any commute is worth the drive to ensure our family is in comfortable and welcoming surroundings.
