Can’t say enough good things regarding the entire staff. So helpful, friendly, and polite. Cleanliness was exceptional. No dirt, or gunk build-up in the bathroom, around the floor and wall, not even in the corners! Only one issue. The bed was way too soft. I had to sleep in the winged back chair. It was a terrible night for me. My wife did ok. Don’t know if you can request a room with a firm mattress or not. Next trip in a month, I will ask.

Room was comfortable and clean. I had booked this hotel particularly because of the shuttle service to the airport. The front staff was not helpful and informed me that there was no shuttle service available before 5 am. I had confirmed with the staff at the time of my checking in. The staff was very dismissive, non apologetic and had zero customer service. The manager needs to make sure that the staff is dressed appropriately and knows how to provide service. Truly unacceptable!

Arrived close to midnight. Entrance clean and inviting. Quiet inside. Room on top (6th) floor, end of hall, no noise. Room excellent: very clean and modern. One small problem (which I will report to management) is water slow to drain in shower. In morning the toilet tank did not refill for about 5 minutes. So there is some plumbing issue that needs to be addressed.
