The headboard was ripped up and when the pillow was against it, pieces stuck to the pillow. I informed the front desk when I checked out and showed a picture. It was in Room 314.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. My daughter had a very early flight. We stayed on New Year's Eve, I thought that there would be parties going on and there was not! It was quite! Shuttle to the hotel was every 30 mins. Breakfast was so good! This place is beautiful too! I definitely recommend staying here!

My headboard was ripped and nasty. There were drip stains on the bathroom doorway. Mold on the ceiling and wallpaper was peeling pretty bad. Hair dryer didn’t work. Floor lamp didn’t work. Furniture was pretty wore.

Shower was spacious. The bed was comfy. The room was clean.

Parking is now extra. It was $11.50 for 1 night. The breakfast was extremely limited, and the hot water for tea was cold.

Convenient hotel for airport departures and generously-sized rooms.

The hotel with 24-hour shuttle made it very convenient to get to/from the airport. Rooms are generously sized. I arrived during a storm and power outage and appreciated that this hotel had a backup generator. The hotel restaurant was friendly and fine for a convenient meal as well.

The heating/cooling system in the room was very noisy, so I did not sleep well. The alarm clock was old and not functioning, and the wake up call button on the room phone did not go anywhere; I used my phone to set an alarm, but I always appreciate a back up when I am short on sleep and have to catch an early flight. The hotel was more expensive than some other comparable nearby options, and this one does not include complementary breakfast.

No toilet paper holder. Our room had leftovers in the fridge. The AC until had a very bad rattle and it turned off and on every 5 minutes so it made it hard to sleep. Definitely not worth the price.

Close to the airport, good shuttle service. It was clean. The desk clerk was friendly & accommodating. Since this was our first time we needed shuttled service to to the motel, I suggest the desk clerks be sure to tell customers when they call for the shuttled to tell them not only to go to ground transportation but to be sure to go to the area that is where the shuttles pick up people. We were waiting in the wrong end of the pick up area, yet when I told the desk clerk where we were waiting (it was on the opposite end of the waiting area) she didn’t explain where we needed to wait. Partly our fault, we didn’t realize how far apart we were from the shuttle pick up. meh

The restaurant was closed on Friday & Saturday due to staff shortage. We had to be shuttled to/from a restaurant. We had to get a copy of the tv channels, none in the room. No restaurant information in the room.
