Front desk staff friendly and amazing, very pleasant and it got pretty hectic for them Room was clean, dated and things (carpet, sofa) rundown but definitely acceptable for a one night stay Parking was included in our price and quite reasonable in comparison to other hotels All in all a pleasant overnight stay

Nice facilities, really appreciate that they have rooms with a king size bed and two queen beds. There was a tear in one of the curtains, and the fridge was turned off. But it is overall a nice room at a great value.

Checked in for a two night stay and noticed a sign posted oven broke. The lady at the front desk stayed it was from the morning but hope it is fixed by morning. The next morning after initial check-in, no hot breakfast but juice, cereal, and white milk available. The second morning, NOTHING available.

The connection to the Quik Park long term airport parking was great. I wanted to get to my car and they sent a bus over immediately instead of making me wait for a returning shuttle from the airport.

Our room had black mold in the bathroom along the ceiling. It did not appear to have been vacuumed or dusted. There were hairs in the shower and in the sheets of one of the beds. Based on the room, I would have expected to pay half the amount I did. The coffee at breakfast was good, but there weren't many gluten/dairy free options. Overall, if all the rooms look like the one we stayed in, I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Everything was great. We were only there from 9:30p.m. until 4:30 a.m. so no breakfast. So i cant comment on that. It was very clean & comfortable beds. We would stay again!

On my arrival night (September 25, beyond 11:00 pm), the lady at the front desk (sorry, I forgot her name) was super helpful and friendly. My check-in was very smooth because of her patience and professionalism. She went above and beyond to help me. That's priceless!

Staff was great...breakfast was good Carpet is old and buckling in our room and main hallway. Curtains in our room were ripped and we had to use my wife's hair clip to keep them closed No pool or Jacuzzi on property.

I stayed 2 days at the Holiday Inn. The receptionist was fantastic. Every place should have an employee as nice and accommodating as she was. I have included a picture of the bathroom when I walked in the door. I guess they were doing some repairs and left their equipment. Not enough of a problem for me to call the desk. However, the next day the maid cleaned the room, added some towels, and never touched the stuff on the floor. Really........The breakfast was OK. Not the greatest selection. They had a couple of hot items. Biscuits and gravy and cheese omelets. I had the cheese omelet the first morning, and it was still there the next day. I guess they just throw them in the fridge and reheat them the next day. It would be nice if they had a different selection for the next day. Maybe change things up once in a while. Oatmeal might have been recycled as well. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

Nice size room. Several plugs in the room did not work. Breakfast starts early but was probably the worst holiday inn breakfast I have had. Usually you can at least eat cinnamon rolls but they were so over cooked they were extremely hard.
